Step into this gorgeous townhome located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Enjoy this spacious property that offers two master suites: First master suite hosts a king Size bed with 42" flat screen TV and a full size bathroom. The second master suite has a queen size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, a 32" flat screen TV, and a bathroom. The living room has a large open floor plan and a large 55" flat screen TV, a queen size sleeper sofa, black out draperies, and a half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Enjoy the fenced in patio/deck area with gas grill, an outdoor shower, and privacy for pets to roam safely! Beach access across the street. Parking for 2 cars.

Just as advertised

Could not have asked for a better location. The townhome is directly across from a beach access, as well as an Italian restaurant, and a couple of seafood places just down the street. The area is quiet, and it's easy enough to drive to the main streets. The townhome is very nice and roomy. Kitchen is well equipped. Please note that the bedrooms are located upstairs, and the stairs are steep. The home was nicely decorated and clean. Manager kept in contact regularly. If you are bringing a pet, there is a nice area off the deck that is enclosed.

Beach Wedding Trip

The property was clean and the location was great. If we had any questions, the property management was very quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we should return to Ft. Walton Beach.

Great access to beaches, less that 100 yards. Real close to downtown Ft. Walton and other restaurants. AJs Shanty is the best!

Yearly sister trip

Location is excellent…directly across from the beach. I do wish description mentioned it was 2 floors as I have hip/knee issues so stairs were difficult. I would have preferred one story condo. There were a couple of maintenance issues that I reported & got an immediate phone call. It is roomy, clean & most needs were furnished.
