This marvellous country-house with 250qm of housing space is surrounded by chestnut woods and olive trees but at only five kilometers from the sea. It is silent with an excellent microclimate. It is near to Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure (12 km), Camogli (8 km) Genoa (20 km) and the airport of Genoa (25 km). The Luxxury Country House is situated in a area of ca. 1.500 qm with olive trees and access to ca. 500 qm of fitted open spaces and terraces, private pool and every comfort. The very tasteful arrangement and furniture and the house itself with the different room highs creates a charming and special atmosphere. The ground floor is independent. It consists of four rooms: two bedrooms with (one double and one twin bed, a bathroom (with a bath). There is also the Wellness area (infrared Sauna for 4 people), the Steam bath, Chromotherapy and Aromotherapy) and a Fitness Area with a Cycle, Treadmill and Bench .... On the middle floor there are four locales: a large living room beatifully furnished with fireplace and with adjacent dining room with refectory table for 8 people equipped. Close the living room, the kitchen completely equiped and another bathroom (with shower). The drawing room and the kitchen opens to a wide terraces with barbecue, 3m-table and 12 iron chairs which has a great view to the olivetrees and invites for relax or staying together with friends. The high floor (under the roof) has three more rooms, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are one with double bed and the other with two beds.

Property is situated up in the hills outside Recco in a small village (Vescina). The house itself is very private, the outside pool space is lovely with sheltered space for getting out of the sun. We really enjoyed our week.
An absolutely beautiful villa in top shape and amazing sceneries in every direction
The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures would tell. The owners were friendly and helpful and we had no problem finding the place even though it is located up in the mountains. We were a group of seven people from the age of 25-30 and very much enjoyed every second. The area is rather quite and peaceful so we can highly recommend it to anyone who is not looking for a party mansion.

A perfect stay in a perfect house!!
We stayed in this great house, situated in a calm and welcoming small village (15 houses, one church and one resturant).The house is very well planned and thoughtfully planned in every detail. The pool is great and it was great to have the possibility to grill outside in the evenings and watch out over the the nice valleys. The only bad thing about he house is that we don't own it ourselves :-). So totally 10 out of 10!!

"It is a very charming house. It is lying in a small village (10 houses and i church)up in the hill. The swimming pool and the outdoor facilities is very good. The house is most suitable for 6 persons. The town Recco is the nearest town only 5 km away. It is a very nice area with many cosy towns and good beaches."

How to reach Villa in Vescina (Recco) by car.
Using the A1 motorway exit at Recco.
Go through the entrance ramp to the highway. At the end of the ramp, across the street, there is an open space with a restaurant called "The Gate". Stop the machine.
This is the meeting point where the owner aut by the same person will be responsible to meet you. If you have a navigator on board the car, you can get yourself the place for your holidays. The coordinates to be inserted in your web browser are as follows:

In the Villa there is at guests' disposal, a section of useful telephone numbers: Plumber, Electrician, etc. ... and also brochures suggesting itineraries, places to visit and activities to be able to play.
In Recco, known as the "culinary capital" of Liguria, there are some of the most famous restaurants in the region with a series of pubs not less interesting. The main food of Recco is the famous cheese focaccia.
The 7th and the 8th of September there are the traditional patron saint celebrations in honor of N.S. del Suffragio. The seven districts, Bastia, Collodari, Liceto, Ponte, S. Martino, Spiaggia e Verzemma, give homage to N.S. del Suffragio doing the "Festival of Fire", the most important exhibition of fireworks in the north of Italy. Typycal are the day-fires of 13h00 of the 8th day and the lighting, on the river bed near the Shrine of N. S. del Suffragio, the "fire ground" or "Mascoli Liguria", unique tradition of this corner of Liguria, officially recognized by the Ministry of Interior. The city streets are alive and full of color with the presence of more than 80 stands organized by the 7 districts where you can eat the local specialties.
