Residence Les Eucalyptus is ideally situated in a marvelous palmtree park of 2,5ha, at only 300 meters from the sandy beaches and the restaurants in the harbor. The Residence is entirely fenced, the parking spaces are located inside of the fenced area. There are 2 swimming pool available, 1 for small children. This Residence is highly recommended to families with children, because of the large fenced garden, the 2 swimming pools(14m x 7m and 4mx 7m) and the beach.
The supermarket and other shops are also within walking distance (approx. 300 meters) as well as the busstop to Nice Airport and Cannes (100 meters).
The apartment ( with air conditionning) is nicely furnished and very comfortable for up to 4 pers.. It has a surface of 70m2 and consist of a livingroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 showerroom, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine) and a large terrace of 12m2 with beautiful view on the palmtrees in the garden. The price varies from 690€ per week to 1450€ per week, depending on the season.

Perfektes Urlaubserlebnis

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern in diesem Apartment. Das Apartment entsprach insgesamt vollkommen der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung ist modern und gepflegt. Die Bäder sind sauber und angenehm angelegt. Auch die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, man sieht ihr das Alter kaum an. Lediglich die wunderbaren hohen Palmen und Bäume lassen erkennen, dass diese Anlage schon länger besteht. Insgesamt waren die anderen Gäste eine gute Mischung jeder Altersstufe von Paaren über Familien mit Kindern. Der Pool ist klein aber sauber Und sogar ausreichend Um einen ganzen Tag dort zu verbringen. Der Weg zum Strand dauert unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Der Strand ist eher klein aber sauber und selten überfüllt. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants erreichbar. Der Empfang durch Eddy war wunderbar vorbereitet. Er gab uns gute Hinweise über Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen, uns zu versorgen und wie wir eventuell unsere Freizeit mit Ausflügen verbringen können. Eddy war für uns immer ein guter Ansprechpartner und hat sich jederzeit schnell mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt wenn wir Fragen hatten. Insgesamt können wir sowohl das Apartment, die Anlage, die Umgebung mit den Stränden und den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sorgenfrei genießen können.

Excellente location

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans ce bel appartement proche de toutes les commodités, plages, commerces, le tout en laissant la voiture au parking. Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'arrière pays et profiter du littoral. Rien n'a manqué. Séjour parfait.

Tou simplement parfait!

Nous avions réservé 7 nuits dan cet appartement hors vacances scolaires Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement . Tout est prévu est en parfait état (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, cuisine bien équipée, literie confortable ...) Belle et grande terrasse avec accès direct dans le parc magnifique Résidence très calme, sécurisée avec parking . Dans le quartier d'Antibes les Pins, avec tous les commerces à proximité ; pas besoin de voiture . Un plus : le bus pour Cannes ou bien pour l'aéroport passe devant la résidence. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et d'avoir loué cet appartement

Magnifique semaine

L'appartement correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. Accueil chaleureux, très bon emplacement, à deux pas de la mer et du parking privé. Cuisine bien équipée avec des petits plus (sel, pôivre, huile, torchon, éponge, etc). Parfait pour une semaine en famille!
