It is an apartment located in the Macarena neighborhood, very close to the historic center of Seville. In the street of the apartment you can enjoy the neighborhood life with cafes, bars, supermarkets and many small shops, yet being only a few minutes from the center (between 1 and 4 km, depending on where you go). In less than half an hour you can reach the main tourist sites of the city: Cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar, Maria Luisa Park, old tobacco factory, museums, etc. In fact, from the window of one of the bedrooms you have a good view of the Giralda and the Cathedral.
Getting to the apartment is very easy, either by private car or by public transport. Even if you do not want to walk, city bus lines 1 and 12 take you to different places in the center or just a taxi costs just over 6 or 8 euros at those distances. On the other hand, in the corner of the building there is a public bicycle stop (www.sevici.es) that for only 10 euros you can enjoy the use of a bicycle for a week. The bicycle lane network in Seville is one of the largest in Spain.
There are many bars and restaurants on Llanes Avenue. Although there is a Chinese restaurant or a wok, most of them are local places, mainly breweries where people sit down to chat and have a few tapas at the end of the day. For a few euros (between 5 and 10) you can dine tapas in any of these places. Another good recommendation is to buy the fried fish at Freiduría Mara (buy at weight) and take it at your own bar or take it home. They themselves ask you: 'To take or to take?'
The building has disabled access and two lifts. The apartment has a living room with a small terrace, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. It is nicely decorated and has beds for 4 people with a double bed and two other single beds. The kitchen has a traditional oven and microwave, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and has a table where you can eat (in addition to toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc.). The hot water is natural gas and operates automatically. The living room has another large dining table, set of sofa and TV.
