The Guests that arrive from the Station “Piazza Garibaldi”, can reach the flat by the bus “Cs” or the “R2”, that you take in Piazza Garibaldi , at the bust station near the Garibaldi Statue.
The “Cs” takes you to “Via Duomo”, where you get off at the bus station nearest the Cathedral, while the “R2” takes you to the “Piazza Nicola Amore”, where you have to get off and on the right you turn into “Via Duomo”, walking on the right side for 5 minutes you find the Flat.
From the Airoport, you have to take the bus “14”, “3S” or the “Alibus”, all this buses take you to “Piazza Garibaldi”, from where you can follows the above indications.
If you arrive by car, caming from the motorway, you take the Tangenziale ring road and exit at "Corso Malta", take the first on the right, go straight and you are at Piazza Carlo III, turn on the right, go along the "Albergo dei Poveri" (a long ancient building also called "Palazzo Fuga", being redecorated) then go along “Via Foria”, after about 1 km you have to turn on the left into “Via Duomo”, after 500 mt on the left you’ll see the Cathedral, the flat is after the Cathedral.
The flat is in the core of Naples next to the famous Cathedral : the 13th century Duomo. It's in the centre, in a very quite, ancient and refined building ( there is also the concierge)
It's part of many cultural and artistic routes. It's the ideal place to stay to visit the old roman and greek Naples full of charming and old churches. In five minutes, by walk, you can reach the entrance to the famous neapolitan underworld digged in the volcanic tufa. Famous tipical restaurants are all over the area, and very cheap pizzerias you can find nearby where you can eat the most delicious pizza margherita you've ever eat!
The vitality of this area catch the most vibrant artistic and intellectual neapolitan life . It holds an astounding trove of 12 th century cathedrals, ancient beautiful building all over, and world-famous museums. In every narrow alley , here, there are artisan’s workshops, colourful trattorie, and many many churches hidden in the pedestrian streets. This cluster of narrow streets was born on the ancient greek street lines about VI century. B.C.
Do not forget to taste the most delicious pastry : the sfogliatella you can buy in every pastry shop filled with sweetened ricotta cheese….and the Babbà…
The"Naples Cathedral"is at 50 mt by foot, inside of which you can visit the "San Gennaro" Crypt and Chapel, the "Santa Restituta Basilica" and the "San Giovanni Baptistry".By foot is also reachable the"Pio Monte della Misericordia" in which you can admire the wonderful painting"Madonna della Resurrezione" of Caravaggio.
