About Property Manager
Wayne and Kimberley Kuenzel have been residents of Fayetteville, Arkansas for 20 years. Wayne is a professor of Avian Neuroscience at the University of Arkansas, Kimberley is an Avian Taxidermist/ volunteer tutor at the University. They have three grown children.
Property Manager purchased this Bungalow in 2012
Why Property Manager chose Springdale
These 1.5 acres originally belonged to the adjoining 17 acres of the Kuenzel property and became available to be once more included in the whole tract, in 2012. On the land, was a neglected bungalow of little or no value. Its fate hung in the balance for three months as we debated whether to restore it or raze it. A neighbor informed us of its unique heritage to the Stony Point area. ...We decided to preserve its historicity.
What makes this Bungalow unique
Watch the sun rise through the sliding doors of the master bedroom or watch sunset from the West-facing front porch swing. Amazing glass addition on the south side with a heated floor. Listen to the whinny of horses and watch them graze in the neighboring pastures. Quiet, quiet, quiet surroundings.

Very nice place
This is a quaint little bungalow nestled in the hills outside Springdale. Very clean and updated and spacious! Will definitely rent again.
Relaxing and cozy! Kim was nice and easy to work with as well.
Enjoyed the peace and quiet with a family of 6. Cooked all our meals and grilled out as well. Very nice retreat-like setting.
3 night weekend stay
We stayed here 3 nights for our daughter's wedding and so happy we chose this bungalow. It was very clean, spacious, peaceful, and charming. We had some family members come for brunch one morning and they all raved about this charming home. The location was wonderful... close enough to reach Fayetteville in a matter of 15 minutes, yet far enough out in the country for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Kim was wonderful to work with and very accommodating for our family . We will not hesitate to stay here again if ever in the area! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and shower toiletries. There was a carport behind the house for covered parking and a lovely deck on the back of the house. The sunroom was very nice for dining.
Quiet yet convenient
The home is very clean and peaceful. The Walmart neighborhood market and bypass are only 7 minutes by car. Our favorite activity was sitting on the front porch swing watching the sun go down, it's really pretty.
Perfect for 2 couples
This home really worked out for our stay since we needed to be close to The Blessings Golf Course. Four of us were very comfortable. The house is cute and looks recently updated. The bathrooms have good showers and the kitchen nice appliances. We loved having breakfast in the sunroom. The Wifi is outstanding (faster than at my house!)
The owner clearly cares about offering the best possible experience for her guests. There are lots of little touches that make this home special; lots of good towels, spices, coffee and creamer, etc. It really helped to be able to check ourselves in and out and that the owner is readily available to answer questions. Thank you!
The home was very clean and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed and we really felt comfortable! Such a beautiful and peaceful area. I would love to go back!!
