Wonderful Stay

My family and I rented this property for a month over the summer. The townhome is spacious and very clean. Stan the landlord was extremely responsive to any requests we had. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Scottsdale.

Great place to stay!

This place has all the comforts of home. The location is awesome located close to the pool and exercise room and the walking/biking trail. We are big walkers so that was a big plus. The neighborhood is beautiful and perfectly maintained. We enjoyed the front porch and fountain on the back for morning coffee and afternoon wine sipping. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Stan was super friendly and there to help if needed. There are great restaurants nearby and a Albertson's grocery store literally a minute or two drive away. We are veteran VBBO folks and this is a very nice place you won't be disappointed!

We rented the Santa Fe (Scottsdale) home for the month of April 2016 and had a most enjoyable stay. The house was exactly as described - spacious, well-equipped and with excellent outdoor living areas, back and front. The manager, Stan, was always available and dealt with the few minor issues efficiently and very promptly. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Scottsdale in the future.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We spent our annual month in Arizona in this beautiful home and the experience was exceptional. The home has a great layout and is updated and clean. We loved the back yard and spent hours relaxing there. The location is perfect with easy access to 101 for trips to baseball games and hiking. There are plenty of shopping options and restaurants nearby. The property manager was very responsive, greeting us upon arrival and checking in regularly. Thanks for the great experience. We will definitely return to this home.

This was our first long-term vacation in Phoenix and the property hit and exceeded all of our desires. Perfect for a family vacation that is located in the heart of Scottsdale close to all activities, shopping and golf courses. The home is perfectly decorated with lots of amenities inside, a beautiful and private garden outside and within a community that offers a fitness facility, swimming pool and hot tub. The kitchen, bathrooms and main lounge have been recently and tastefully upgraded. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, and home includes all linens, towels and blankets. Bike and walking trails are at your doorstep while other hiking adventures are within a short driving distance. We highly recommend this home to others and will certainly plan to return.

Cancelation Policy 9.0: If guest cancels his/her reservation prior to 60 days of reservation date, 100% of all fees and payments paid to date will be refunded.
