Wohlfühl-Oase mit grandiosem Ausblick

Idealer Rückzugsort für Familien und Gruppen in den wundervollen Bergen von Ibiza. Der Blick über die Cala Sant Vicent, ob von Balkon, Terrasse oder vom idyllischen Pool-Deck, ist atemberaubend! Trotz Trubel mit Kindern konnte jeder von uns einen ruhigen Rückzugsort auf dem großzügigen Grundstück finden und so perfekt die Seele baumeln lassen.

Ana, die Hausbesitzerin, ist unglaubich liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Sie lebt in der Nachbarschaft und ist sofort zur Stelle wenn etwas klemmt.

Strände und die schönen Orte im Norden sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Strände, Flughafen und Clubs sind deutlich unter einer Stunde erreichbar. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Fantastic family home away in Ibiza

Ses Caletes is a little jewel hidden away in the mountains in the northern east part of Ibiza Island.

The House is absolutely perfect for a large family or 2.

Well equipped, tastefully outfitted & really comfortable, I warmly recommend it.

It boast one of the best view I've seen in a long time, with a family friendly pool and the oh so quiet environment invites you to a very relaxing time !

Also, having the super welcoming Ana - in charge of the house & living next door & a WhatsApp away is really convenient !

We've had fantastic two weeks and we can't wait to come back.

Beautiful, spacious villa with lovely pool

Ses Caletes is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool - just as the photos suggest. Immaculately clean, well maintained and with heaps of character. Ana lives next door and is extremely helpful whilst respecting your privacy at all times. We didn't travel too far as the villa was so lovely and we just wanted to relax. Cala San Vicente - pretty bay with several restaurants and a great bar called 'On the Beach'. San Joan great for morning coffee. There is a small but expensive supermarket here for essentials but better to stock up at the larger supermarket in Santa Eulalia. We only ate out once - at Es Cafe which was pretty average. I suspect the restaurants in Cala San Vicente and San Joan are better. The Hippy Market in San Carlos is great - go in the evening though and as soon as it opens as its less busy and cooler then. Highly recommend Ses Caletes - we would go back!

An excellent place for wonderful holidays!

Accommodation and Pool top, Location top, Host Ana top, Equipment and Facilities top and everything absolutely clean - exact like the beautiful photos! Our over all evaluation: Ses Caletes Hacienda is an excellent place for wonderful holidays! Wundervolle, romantische Hacienda in traumhafter Lage mit bester Ausstattung, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Anwesen - genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Ana, unsere Gastgeberin kümmert sich äußerst liebevoll um ihre Gäste. Sehr großzügiges, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltetes Haus für 10 bis 14 Personen. Gut geeignet für Gruppen oder befreundete Familien, aber nicht wirklich empfehlenswert für Kleinkinder. Die Raum-Aufteilung und die wunderschön gestalteten verschiedenen Terrassen und Außenbereiche erlauben sehr viel Privatsphäre. Unsere Damen nutzten intensiv die Liegen auf der Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden, der große blaue Tisch diente als beliebter Treffpunkt und Frühstücksterrasse und die Teenager hatten sich sofort am ersten Tag am Pool häuslich eingerichtet und bei wunderschönen Vollmondnächten draußen übernachtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, auch mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Tolle Lage für Menschen, die Ibiza etwas abseits vom Rummel genießen möchten. Tolles Mountainbike-Gebiet, ein professioneller Online-Fahrradverleih liefert sehr gute Fahrräder direkt ans Haus. Für Einkäufe, Restaurant- und Strandbesuche usw. ist ein Auto allerdings unbedingt erforderlich. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Ibiza. Wir werden unbedingt wieder kommen…

Indeed the terraces overlooking the porches and nooks in beautifully landscaped gardens, allow accommodate a large group or family and both have great privacy. Superb location, lovely pool

Our group was made up of 3 families (6 adults and 6 kids), with kids sleeping upstairs and adults at ground level. The house was perfect for this number of people - the fridge was big enough to accommodate our food & booze and there was always a free bathroom. We spent most of our time sitting at the outside table or down by the pool when it wasn't raining (unusual at this time of year).

The location is superb, San Vicente is an 8 min drive and has lots of great restaurants and bars, or Sant Joan in the other direction is a 15 min drive with a larger supermarket and the fabulous Giri Cafe.

There is air conditioning in two or three of the bedrooms but we found it fine to sleep with just the ceiling fans on. Fortunately there weren't many mosquitoes or wasps until the end of our stay (due to the rain). The pool is accessible by a short walk along a garden path - so while it isn't fenced it's OK for younger kids as they can't fall into the pool from the house.

Ana lives in a cottage on site and uses Whatsapp which makes solving any problems very easy - she is personable and helpful and has done wonders with the garden. The smell of rosemary was just gorgeous.

There is a rubbish area with recycling at the bottom of the hill, so every time you leave the house it's easy to take your empties away. The local restaurant Es Cafe does very good BBQ, Thai and sushi though you'll need to book on a Friday or Saturday. It has a small playground, ideal if you have young children.

Since the house is localeted on a hill surrounded by forests, the freeze always alleviate the summer heat. Luckly, there is almost no need to use the four air conditioner of the house. Hacienda Ses Caletes is a beuatiful house with a fantastic view. The villa is comfortable and clean, and has great charm. Ana, the owner, couldn't be more helpful and it was great having her at hand with information and tips about Ibiza. The villa is spacious and allows everyone the space to chill out! We would very much like to return.

Bienvenido a Hacienda Ses Caletes. Esperamos que te encuentres como en tu casa. Usa la propiedad como si fuera tuya. Con el fin de que tengas una agradable estancia, lee detenidamente las siguientes indicaciones:


- Por favor tener en cuenta a los vecinos y respetad su tranquilidad y sueño
La legislación local no admite ruido partir de las 23:00h.

- Por favor sed responsables con las llaves, si se pierden, el cerrajero tendrá un costo de 150€

-Uso de ropa de cama, toallas, cojines y sofás.
Por favor tener cuidado no se manchen de maquillaje, vino, sangre, tierra roja, etc.. Muchas de esas manchas no se van o se ha de emplear productos agresivos no ecológicos.
Las toallas no son de uso para la piscina o la playa.

-Por favor tirar la basura diariamente en los contenedores que hay en la carretera. De lo contrario entran plagas de hormigas o atraen a los gatos locales. En el caso de que al abandonar la casa quedaran bolsas de basura acumuladas dentro o fuera de la vivienda, se descontarán 50€ del depósito.

- Animales. Estamos en el campo y hay hormigas. Tener cuidado de no dejar nada de comida: azúcar, migas de pan, aceite, etc. en la mesa o en el suelo. Vienen rápidamente y luego es muy difícil sacarlas.

- Está totalmente prohibido tener mascotas en la propiedad- a no ser que se haya consultado anteriormente.

- Está totalmente prohibido fumar dentro de la casa. Se permite fumar fuera, siempre usando los ceniceros.

- Por favor, avisar lo antes posible si algo se rompe. Así todo es más fácil. En el caso de que algo se rompa, se abonará el importe del mismo más un 20% para cubrir los inconvenientes del remplazo y los gastos de envío.

- Recordad que la hora de llegada es hasta las 15.00 y la de salida a las 10.00.
