The villa is located in a peaceful area next to popular tourist spots in the northwest of Mauritius by the sea. It is ideally located next to a 3 star hotel called Les Cocotiers.
The villa is spacious, modern, sunny and carefully decorated, with a capacity of seven people and equipped with an alarm system and a safe. It invites you to live out of everyday life in a blend of well-being, comfort and discreet luxury.

Very spacious, the villa houses 120 m 2 of bright rooms decorated with care as well as a covered terrace and a pergola dedicated to meals and idleness. Haven of peace, far from all hustle and bustle, it will be perfect for lovers of calm and serenity.

Spectacular view from the terrace on the majestic Baie du Tombeau and the Goulets. The villa was designed for a friendly art of living.

You have a private swimming pool of 7m x 3.5m (24h / 24) which invites you to relax, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 master with private bathroom), a separate bathroom, 1 covered terrace, 1 spacious living room opening onto the veranda, the garden and a modern, fully equipped 'American' kitchen with pergola access, fully fenced courtyard and parking with closed gate.

Without supplement, the cleaning lady intervenes 2 x / week. However, she can also prepare you - on request and for 10 to 15 € - typical dishes, neat and varied.

Dans lensemble bon sejour ... cependant impressionnant de devoir senfermer + alarme + barbellé autour de la kaz ... apres recherche effectivement le quartier nest pas ultra securisé ... maison avec de bonnes commodites cependant : machette jardinier resté dans le jardin ... heureusement que nous lavons vu a temps afin deviter un drame ! manque de mobilier exterieur pour 7 personnes (seulement 4 bains de soleil) Eau chaude fonctionnant dans la salle de bains principale mais la seconde : pas deau chaude ni pression. Margelles autour de la piscine sont vetustes et un enfant sest coupé sous le pied... Depart prevu a 10h, et la gouvernante se pointe a 9h30 nous etions encore en pyjama ! pas très cool ...

La villa correspond parfaitement à la description faite: spacieuse, très bien équipée et surtout avec une vue magnifique sur la baie du tombeau permettant de profiter des splendides lumières du coucher de soleil! La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Mary ainsi que ses talents de cuisinière sont la cerise sur le gateau pour un séjour exceptionnel!
