About this property

Enjoy a relaxing getaway at Hampton Beach in our comfortable condo, just 50 feet from the sand and water! Our two bedroom condo includes two comfortable queen beds, and an open concept kitchen.

We are available for long term rentals during the off season (Oct through May) for a discounted rate of $1375 a month, utilities and WiFi included.

Also included are a washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided), a full bathroom, and kitchen amenities (e.g. drip coffee maker, pots/pans, silverware, dishes, toaster, blender, etc.) Everything you need for a relaxing getaway is included here. Located conveniently between Hampton State Park and the Hampton Beach 'Center', you are never far from something to do!

Home away from home

We had a lovely stay. It is a very cozy, clean and spacious place, across from the beach, yet, private and secure. everything was as described: well- equipped kitchen, spacious living room, easy parking, smooth check in and check out. We highly recommend this place.
