About this property

Very charming village. 93 sqm + small area divided into a big house and a small storage room. Low ceiling height.
Only 300m to fine sandy beach.
Breakfast is best enjoyed on the balcony of the house in the morning sun. A little cooler evenings you sit well in the cozy punch veranda. Large garden with good barbecue area!
No rear view.

- Bathroom on floor 1 as well as Kitchen, V-room and a cozy punch veranda.

Torp med mycket charm

Trevligt hus. Fantastiskt fin tomt. Bra läge i området, nära till stranden. Något begränsad kapacitet i det lilla köket, bra att det fanns grill! Mysigt och charmigt, underbart att sitta i glasverandan under regniga kvällar. Mycket nöjda med vistelsen!

Romantisches Haus mit allem was man braucht. Gepflegter Garten mit schöner Terrasse. Freundliche Menschen, schöne Lauf und Wanderwege. Schöner Sandstrand. Reibungsloser Ablauf mit dem Vermieter.

Naturnära boende i härligt hus

Vi hade en fantastiskt vecka i Sara och Sebastians lilla hus. Tomten är perfekt, speciell om ni reser med barn. Huset är hur mysigt som helst och har allt en kan önska sig. Kontakten med uthyrarna är enkel och både incheckning och utcheckning går problemfritt. Närområdet bjuder på härligt natur med både klippbad och sandstrand. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse.Om det var något som saknades så skulle det i så fall vara tillgång till lite sommarspel som Kubb eller Krocket, men det är på inget sätt avgörande.

Traumhafte Lage, Strand nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Idyllisches Grundstück, Haus mit viel Charme

Unkomplizierte Buchung und Übergabe. Vermieter sehr freundlich und äußerst bemüht. Haus ist gemütlich und geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten ist groß und eine schöne Terrasse ist vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Lage aber gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr schöner feinsandiger Strand

Märchenhaftes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Landschaft mit Strand um die Ecke

Wir, sechs ehemalige Kommilitoninnen, haben nach einem typisch schwedischen Bullerbü- Ferienhaus gesucht und dieses gefunden. Die Buchung verlief reibungslos und der Vermieter war gut erreichbar. Die Bestätigung unserer Zahlung erfolgte unmittelbar. Als das Buchungsdatum im Sommer 2018 näher kam, stellten wir viele Fragen an den Vermieter, der sie stets freundlich und zeitnah beantwortete. Bereits bei der Ankunft waren wir verzaubert. Das Haus ist tatsächlich so schön wie auf den Bildern in der Anzeige! Man könnte von jedem Raum eine Postkarte drucken lassen, so niedlich und liebevoll ist es eingerichtet. Der große Garten grenzt an einen Wald, seitlich liegt eine große Wiese und auch auf der anderen Seite sind keine Nachbarn, sodass man im Garten geschützt seinen Urlaub genießen kann. Nur auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite sind benachbarte Ferienhäuser zu sehen. Zum Strand ist es ein Katzensprung. Er liegt in einer kleinen Bucht und das Wasser bleibt lange flach, sodass es sehr warm ist und für kleine Kinder gut geeignet. Der angrenzende Campingplatz bietet Möglichkeiten zum Essen aber auch sanitäre Anlagen. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es mehrere Naturschutzgebiete. Bei unserem Spaziergang durch eine solche Heidelandschaft fanden wir einen Badesteg an einem Steinstrand, an dem kaum ein Mensch zu sehen war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem hübschen Häusschen und werden diesen Urlaub noch lange in guter Erinnerung halten. An dieser Stelle möchten wir auch noch einmal unseren Dank an den Vermieter aussprechen für die tolle Betreuung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
