This house Les Magnanarelles in Lourmarin can accommodate 8 adults and one young child. Recent, comfortable, bright and spacious is located in a private closed residence with digicod, quiet, wooded, with other houses in Lourmarin, 16 minutes walk from the village of Lourmarin. Views towards the Mts of Luberon and the Alpilles. Private not fenced swimming pool 10mX5m, with an alarm for safety, heated in June, July, August, septembre. Perfect night sky for stargazing.
The house has on the 1st floor:
- 1 large double room (bed 180x200) open to the south, the terrace and the swimming pool with private bathroom/WC, 1 baby crib (60cmX120cm).
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 large bed (180x200) and private shower room/WC,
1 bookstore room with books in French and English,
many games, Wii u and console. Games room with table football, ping pong, lots of toys...
On the ground floor:
- 1 double bedroom (160x200),
- 1 double bedroom (140x200).
- 1 bathroom with WC shared by these two double bedrooms.
- 1 half bath. the house has 4 WC.
This house is in the heart of a beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, on a small hill about 900 m from the village of Lourmarin, in the Luberon. A tuned Piano, internet fibre optic, Wifi, international TV, DVD player, CD. Fans throughout the house. Mosquito nets in every room. The furniture is classic and modern, the marble flooring and excellent insulation keep the whole house cool in summer.
Outside is a large shaded terrace with a dining room, a relaxing lounge, three parasols and a Weber BBQ. The swimming pool is surrounded by 8 pool beds and 4 sunshades. In the house you will find DVDs and CDs, games for everyone (Scrable, Mastermind, playing cards, balls, toys). The view from the house overlooks the Alpilles monts and the Monts Coste where the village of La Roque d'Anthéron is nestled, a piano festival every July and August. A large modern U Supermarket is 1km away, the Mediterranean Sea is 60kms away. Numerous concerts at the castle of Lourmarin, many activities offered in the region: guided tours, Ruisseau Aigue Brun nearby, renting electric bikes in Lourmarin, many tourist sites, perched villages, museums, tennis, hiking, climbing, fishing, canoeing, Wake board...

Beautiful property

Very comfortable house for our family of 7 adults and one toddler for our one week stay. Especially enjoyed the pool on these very hot days. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing villa in the heart of Provence!

Our multi-generational family stayed at the villa and we absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful and the outdoor area with pool is gorgeous! The kitchen was modern and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Jacqueline was very helpful with coordinating our stay and provided great information to ensure we could take good care of the villa. Thank you Jacqueline!!

Had an amazing time at this beautiful Villa celebrating a 60th birthday! Everything was perfect & the owner Jacqueline was very kind and extremely helpful. 5 ⭐️ service and fantastic location. We didn’t want to leave! Looking forward to returning someday 🍷

Lovely stay

We loved our time here! The house was a perfect location for day trips to other villages and superbly clean with a stunning view. A great respite at the end of the day. While walking distance to Lourmarin, there were not sidewalks and the walk home is a steep uphill climb.

Our property Les Magnanarelles is located 900 meters to Lourmarin, in a residential community, on a mild hill with views and a beautiful vegetation of pin trees, oaks, olive trees, birds, cigadas and squirrels. The Super market is nearby.
The medieval village of Lourmarin lively year round has a famous castle, concerts, festival of jazz during Summer.
We also find many bakeries, cafes, brasseries, restaurants, art galleries, jewelleries, shops...
