About Nancy

My family loves to travel and we have stayed in many rental properties around the US and the world. We are pleased to offer this option to you!

Nancy purchased this house in 2013

Why Nancy chose Westhampton

We fell in love with Pine Island Lake as a relaxing vacation home. We live only 40 minutes away and are happy to accommodate your needs.

What makes this house unique

The view from the living room of the lake and the many windows that slide open for an open breeze are our favorites about the property. Stepping outside and going for an evening or early morning kayak ride is a bonus!

Gorgeous lake view

  • 5 of 5

This is our fifth year going to this lake house. Every year we are amazed at the improvements that Nancy continues to make. The house is beautiful and well stocked with anything you may need. The personal touches are the best- hand written welcome cards, and a bottle of wine waiting for you upon arrival. These are the extra things that make us want to keep coming back. We love to kayak, so having the kayaks rights there is so easy. We would highly recommend this property!

A little piece of heaven on earth

  • 5 of 5

I can’t praise this place enough. Our family absolutely loved it. If there was 10 stars available I would have given it. From the beautiful view of the lake on the deck area, to the fixtures and fittings in the house, to the fantastic dock area, to the equipment supplied for use in the lake, to the fire pit, all our needs were met. Everything we needed in the kitchen was supplied and the house was very clean. The lake area, be it on the deck or out in the kayak,is one of the most quiet and relaxing places I have ever been. Only regret is that it wasn’t for longer. Nancy was only a phone call or an email away and always replied promptly. Thanks Nancy for allowing us to experience the pleasure of staying in this most wonderful location. It’s a real credit to you and we will fondly remember our stay here for many years to come.

Beautiful house on a peaceful lake

  • 5 of 5

This was our second time staying at this lake house. The house is extremely clean & well decorated. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable from comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen. The view of the lake is simply gorgeous. It was so quiet there it seemed like we were the only ones on the lake at times. We had fun using the kayaks several times a day & even tested out the row boat once. We would recommend this property to everyone. We hope to come back again next year. Thank you Nancy for letting us stay at your wonderful lake house.

A very nice cottage on a really pretty lake.

  • 5 of 5

A very nice cottage on a really pretty lake. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the gorgeous Autumn colors, canoeing, and walking around the lake. One night we sat on the deck and listened to owls calling back and forth. We had lovely weather and a day of pouring rain. Our only regret is that we did not get to say good bye to your nice neighbors Helen and Mary Ellen - fellow walkers. Our daughter and her friend joined us, and they enjoyed exploring the area. They found a winery, a dairy farm, a guitar shop, restaurants, and an art museum. Thank you for trusting us with your cottage.
