The condo is located minutes from beautiful Siesta Beach where you can enjoy the soft white sand, aqua blue waters of the Gulf, and phenomenal sunsets. There are elegant shopping and dining areas within the Meadows, downtown Sarasota and at the famous St. Armand's Circle. The new University Town Center Mall, a very short drive away, provides for a unique experience in shopping and dining. Nathan Benderson Park, home of the World Rowing Championships (2017) is just minutes away as well as Ed Smith Stadium, home of the Baltimore Orioles spring training. Wonderful place to stay!

This condo is very nice and in a great location, quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, beach and golf courses! Owners were awesome and very responsive with any questions or issues we had.

February on Marsh Field Lane

Delightful location and good sized condo on lower level. Nicely furnished but a little dated. Bedding- comforter in master and sheets and towels could be updated. Older furniture might have caused a musty odor which went away with doors opened and great breeze. Friendly community, terrific owner, pool steps away from the unit. I was using a wheelchair which was a little tricky accessing kitchen and bathrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this area next year.

Loved the condo in The Meadows!

My husband and I spent the month of January at this property and we really enjoyed it. The location is perfect - close to everything yet in a quiet peaceful community. Loved that the pool was a few steps out the back door. We would love to come back again next year. Very nice stay away from home.

We enjoyed our stay at 5230 Marshfield Place very much. It was very comfortable and a great location. The owner was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay there again!

We retired to Sarasota in 2012 from the New York, New Jersey area. Joan previously worked in Higher Education & Sal worked as a manager in a Utility Company. We retired to Sarasota for the weather and culture. Some of our favorite things to do in Sarasota are going to the theatre, dining out, and going to the downtown farmer's market.

Why they chose this property

The Meadows is a great place to live and/or vacation. This condo appealed to us as it is on the ground floor with a heated pool steps from the Lanai. It has everything we were looking for in one of the nicest areas in Sarasota. We also have another property close by where we live. If there is anything you need during your stay we are readily available to help.
