Enter down the 1/4 mile, forest-lined private drive to Tunnel Hill Cottage, a 2,000 sq. ft. beach home with rustic charm, original old growth Douglas fir floors, large stone fireplace, wood burning stove and even 2 hand carved Western red cedar totem poles. Your family and friends will immediately feel at home. Outdoors you will discover park-like grounds , woods, grassed areas, a secluded garden retreat and "The Tunnel" For which the property is named. A modern marvel, with pathway and lighting, the Tunnel leads to the "picture perfect" beach below. Enjoy panoramic 180 degree views to the east and west and across the Strait of Georgia (Salish Sea) to the Coast Mountains. Relax, go swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, or walk for miles on the beautiful sand beach and explore the ocean tide pools. In the evening the sunsets are spectacular. Exceeded Expectations

Tunnel Hill was the perfect spot for our family holiday. From the start, communication with the Tunnel Hill team was exceptional. Being greeted upon arrival and shown around was very much appreciated. The cottage was very well equipped and very comfortable. The golf cart and tunnel down to the beach were highlights. We loved the view, the outside amenities and the peaceful setting. Tunnel Hill exceeded our expectations and we hope to return.

Peaceful Location

We loved our stay here. The beds were really comfortable and the home was clean and spacious. Mike was extremely helpful and the resident deer were a delight to watch! Highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous property, very well equipped house, just a few minutes to Qualicum Beach stores and restaurants. Very comfy beds. The property management people were excellent and very easy to deal with.
