About this property

Villa of 140 m2 consisting of 2 residential units that can communicate (if required) through the terrace. Private garden.
Each house consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 American kitchen, 1 large living room and above all a spectacular view of the sea.
A perfect place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday as a couple, family or friends!

Furthermore, each of the two houses has a private garden with barbecue and an independent entrance.

Both houses were renovated in 2023 and are equipped with all comforts (Smart TV, CD, hairdryer, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, satellite, ceramic hob, electric shutters, parking space) but also air conditioning and heating.

Located on a plot of 2300 m2 on the heights of Tiuccia (southern Corsica) it has a panoramic view of the gulf of Sagone.

The closest beach is 700 meters away, but there is a wide variety of beaches (with various types of sand) in the surroundings.
There are also supermarkets and restaurants.
The house is located on a hill, so it is recommended to come by car.
Away from the main road, the house is in an extremely quiet area.

Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays.
There is the possibility of renting household linen and requesting the final cleaning option. Pets accepted (compulsory cleaning option).

Phantastische Lage

Sehr coole Lage mit wunderbarem Blick vom Balkon über die Bucht und auf die Berge. Die Fotos lügen nicht! Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation per e-mail und später vor Ort in Englisch. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder!

une location avec vue

très bon accueil des corses qui faciltent et les arrivées et départs ..pas de soucis particuliers pour une location avec un peu de marche pour aller à la plage (100 m de dénivelé) mais une vue imprenable, la climatisation dans la salle à manger et des chambres très agréables. La cusine est bien équipée pour la cuisine. Nous remercions chaleureusement les propriétaires qui ont répondu à toutes mes questions

Ein traumhafter Ort und ein schönes gemütliches Haus

Das Haus liegt traumhaft schön ganz oben am Berg, die Beschreibung dorthin zu kommen, war prima. Es gibt zwei Terassen, um den ganzen Tag Schatten zu haben. Celine war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, trotzdem wir sehr spät, um Handtücher und Bettwäsche gebeten hatten. sie hat es auch kurzfristig organisiert.. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es lässt sich dort wundervoll erholen. Ein wirklich schöner Ort um einen tollen Urlaub in Korsika zu erleben

Sehr schönes Häuschen ...

Das Haus ist genau so, wie in der Anzeige dargestellt: wunderschön geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist großräumig und alles, was man zum Wohnen dort benötigt ist vorhanden. Schöner Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Die Hängematte eignet sich prima als Ort für einen Sundowner oder den Aperitif... Einziges Manko: das Doppelbett ist nicht sehr bequem, am ehesten durchgelegen. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung für eine entspannte Ferienzeit.
