About this property

150m from the Croisette, 300m from the Film Festival Palais. Walk to beach. Apartment (50m2) in a quaint 1900-building, sleeps 2-4 guests: 1 bedroom with a double bed (Queen-size), and 1 double sofa-bed in the lounge. Simple kitchen with Nespresso, onsuite bathroom, separate toilet, intercom, small A/C. Lively street.
Be aware: 4th floor with no elevator.
Bedding and towels are included for 2 guests sharing the bed.

Une belle expérience à vivre en centre-ville.

J'ai passé 5 jours de vacances à Cannes avec trois enfants. L'appartement est en bon état, tout ce dont on a besoin est là. Un bon emplacement, proche de la plage et de tous les événements de la ville. Monter au quatrième étage plusieurs fois par jour nous a littéralement remis en forme. 😉 Merci pour les bons soins pendant le séjour. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette fois. Salutations d'Allemagne

Appartement conforme à la description, très bon emplacement et réellement à 2 minutes de la plage. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et la personne qui nous a accueilli également

Our apartment is located in the heart of Cannes, in a typical 1900 building, with all the town attractions at our door-step. Very quick beach-access within 2 minutes walk, and best shopping streets all around (Croisette for designer stores & famous Hotels, rue d'Antibes, local produce markets, bakeries, cafes, bars, cinemas)
Absolutely no car needed. Day and Night.
