I was born in Venezuela and moved to Wellington in 2008. We chose Wellington as our main residence because we love horses, and I fell in love with this property because of its mature Oak trees. I am a real este associate who specializes in equestrian properties. I used to be a jumper, 2 of my kids ride, and my husband is an equestrian judge.
Francis Hoet purchased this farmhouse in 2010
We decided to buy in Saddle Trail because of its location...it's very close to the show grounds and neighbors are all horse people. Oak trees around the property caught my eye from the first moment. Very quiet area, but still close to everything.
