Nous avons réservé notre séjour avec ABRITEL qui loue pour l'agence BETRUM APPARTEMENTS. Très professionnel lors de la réservation et répondant à toutes nos demandes. Seul problème, le gérant du complexe MR Santi, à notre arrivée nous indique que l'electricité n'est pas incluse ainsi que les serviettes. Pourtant tout cela est compris dans le prix facturé à la réservation. Il essaye donc de nous les facturé en supplement. Mais après appel téléphonique et plusieurs mail pour preuve tout s'arrange, enfin ! Autrement, magnifique complexe, piscine magnifique et joli parc.

Estuvimos en los apartamentos Al Andalus el pasado mes de agosto y la verdad es que tuvimos una grata sorpresa. La estancia fue fenomenal. Los apartamentos cómodos y lo mejor de todo el super jardín con las piscinas. Para nuestras niñas fue fenomenal. Se lo pasaron en grande. Además, no estan lejos de la playa. Si podemos, volveremos! gracias. Javier

Recomiendo el complejo, unas instalaciones muy bonitas y un sitio amplio y tranquilo. Las piscinas muy buenas. En cuanto al apartamento no está mal, la terraza genial y la zona genial! a nada de la playa, se va perfectamente andando en menos de 10 minutos y donde tienes toda clase de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, parque, y donde tomar un helado. La playa buena y con mucho encanto. Como negativo la atención del personal del bar, no es una buena atención bajo mi punto de vista. Lo he recomendado a unos amigos y les ha gustado

Goed verblijf! Ressort blijft onze favoriet

Eerst kregen we een slechte woning in de voorbouw. Slaapkamer zonder vensters, onvoldoende kastruimte, erg donkere woning. Na klachten, en duidelijk te maken dat dit niet as such werd aangeprezen op de website, konden we verhuizen naar een woning aan het zwembad waar het wel goed vertoeven was. Het is aan te raden mensen vooraf duidelijk mee te geven waar hun vakantiewoning in het ressort gelegen is. Vriendelijke groeten
