Sun terrace, very quiet, private parking. Interior carefully decorated facing south, large bay window offers great clarity.
The fitted kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hair dryer, flatiron.
Outdoor furniture with deckchairs and barbecue (charcoal), bedding slatted very good, bicycle storage.
Everything is provided for your well being and to accommodate you comfortably, summer and winter, with family or friends.
