Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison idéalement située (mer à 10 minutes, supermarché juste à côté), dans un quartier très calme. La maison est bien équipée et le contact (à distance) avec la propriétaire très agréable! Nous avons été rapidement dépannés sur place suite à un problème avec l'aspirateur par un des contacts de celle-ci . Juste quelques bémols: un rideau de douche en guise de séparation entre la salle de bain et le couloir, des coussins éventrés à l'étage, des alèses pas nettoyées au préalable dont une en mauvaise état et la chambre du bas peu accueillante (éclairage insuffisant, pas de table de nuit, ameublement encombrant). Du coup nous ne l'avons pas utilisée... Quant au ménage, il semble que les locataires précédents aient oublié la cuvette des toilettes, mais c'est un détail... Dans l'ensemble, nous recommandons cette location!

Maison très agréable!

Propriétaire très agréable et maison charmante avec de très beaux sites à proximité. Belles plages à 5 minutes et situation idéale!

wundervoller Urlaub in Moelan sur mer!

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, um Ausflüge zu machen und ein großer Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Es war sehr ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm. Die sehr nette Nachbarin kümmert sich um die Mieter und steh jederzeit zur Verfügung, sollte es ein Problem geben. Wirklich perfekt!

Bon séjour

Maison qui correspond aux photos. Quartier très calme proche des commerces (2mn à pied d'un intermarché). La maison aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement : refaire la peinture des toilettes, mettre une porte à la salle de bain (actuellement c'est un rideau opaque). Il y a beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine mais certains sont abîmés ( des couteaux cassés en deux ou qui ne coupe vraiment plus et le fusil mis à disposition est trop abîmé pour aiguiser les couteaux). Par contre beaucoup de choses sont mise à disposition comme du liquide vaisselle ou les tablettes pour le lave vaisselle, du shampoing et après shampoing ainsi que les produits ménagé ce qui n'est pas le cas partout. Merci à la propriétaire et la voisine très arrangeante et réactive. Nous étions dans une très belle région et avons apprécié notre séjour.

2 Wochen in Moelan sur Mer

schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage aber zentral im schönen Moelan sur Mer. Grosser Supermarkt in 300 m Entfernung, Diverse anderen Geschäfte und Restaurants im Umkreis von 1 km. Die Strände der Umgebung erreicht man mit dem PKW in 10-15min. Sehr nette Vermieterin und ein herzliches Willkommen. Eingezäuntes Grunstück mit ruhigen Nachbarn, ideal auch für Hunde. Komplette und schöne Einrichtung. Einziger Nachteil, schlechte Geräuschdämmung der Zwischendecke - man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Geräusch aus dem oberen Stockwerk sehr deutlich. Recht steile Treppe nach oben , nicht ideal für kleine Kinder und alte Leute. Gutes W-LAN.
