The apartment is part of a larger building located in a residential area, on a calm street isolated from the main road. Spotless sleeping accommodation with all modern conveniences, and tastefully decorated. The apartment features a double bedroom with a balcony and a bedroom with two single beds. We also have a 2-seater sofa bed and an additional bed. At your disposal, there is a barbecue area with a table and chairs. An office nook and Wi-Fi are also available. Flat screen LCD TV and TNT channels are available. Private parking and bicycles are at your disposal. Sheets and bathroom linen are provided. Charges depend on the duration and number of people. The price may change depending on the season. A deposit and a security deposit are required (we return them at the end of your stay).

Large 80-m² 3-room apartment, 2 of which are bedrooms, can accommodate up to 6 people in a large double bedroom with a balcony and in a bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed and an additional bed. Bathroom linen and sheets are provided. Baby cot, baby bath and high chair available. It is tastefully decorated and offers all kind of amenities: an equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and much more. It features a living room with a flat screen LCD TV with satellite channels. There is broadband Internet connexion Wi-Fi available. Bicycles are also available (included in the price). The building is ideally located 5 minutes away from the city centre, but in a calm area, far from the noise of the city. Calm residential area. Private car park in the courtyard. Bus stop 50 m away, bus number 4. The bakery is around the corner and all the shopping facilities are 2 minutes away by foot. 1.5 km away from the motorway. Ideal starting point to visit Strasbourg, and Germany.

"The flat was spacious, very liveable, spotlessly clean and has been renovated with great care. It would be perfect for a family; for a single person it was simply luxurious! The owners, who live in the flat below, were unfailingly helpful. Buses to town are frequent and quick (the best-served stop is 'Capucins', though 'Romains' is closer and right next to a good bakery). I had worried that living out of town might be a problem, but it turned out to be a pleasure."

Everything worked out very well at this apartment. It was perfect for our visit to Strasbourg; being close to the city bus line really helped. The owners are very helpful.

Excellent séjour; quelques petites remarques mineures.

La description de l'annonce pour l'appartement est correcte sauf l'emplacement: lorsque on regarde la situation de l'appartement sur le plan présenté à la location, on est trompé, car le plan situe le lieu au centre de Strasbourg, près de la Cathédrale, ce qui est faux. L'appartement se situe à environ 4 kms du centre. On peut le rejoindre facilement en prenant le système P+R: tram et ticket familial qui coûte 4,10 euros pour la famille y compris le parking situé environ à 700 m de l'appartement, mais....ce n'est pas ce qui est annoncé. Pour le reste: impeccable : espace, propreté, calme, emplacement individuel pour voiture. Manque peut-être une bouilloire pour eau chaude.

Owner's Response: En réponse à cette appréciation : Concernant la localisation, je ne vois pas en quoi vous êtes " trompé " ( quel mot exagéré ! ) Sur le site Homlidays il y'à bien un plan mais sur celui ci je ne pouvais pas mettre la rue exacte il y'à 8 ans en arrière, aujourd'hui cela est possible et j'ai donc effectué les changements nécessaire et je ne suis pas en plein coeur du centre ville certes ( cathédrale) mais je suis aux abords de Strasbourg et fait bien parti de la CUS ( communauté urbaine de Strasbourg ) Je ne vois pas en quoi vous êtes "trompé " puisque sur le descriptif de l'annonce de l'appartement il y'à mon adresse donc vous savais avant réservation ou nous sommes situé . Elle reviens encore sur le mail du devis et reviens encore sur le contrat de location ! A vous de préparer vos vacances, non ? D'ailleurs, vous êtes pourtant bien arrivé à l'appartement a l'adresse sans soucis. Les gens apprécie d'être dans un quartier calme et pas très loin du centre ville et de plus un parking privatif à l'intérieur de la résidence contrairement au plein coeur du centre ou il est très difficile de ce stationner ( parking payant et bondé ) et d'ailleurs vous aviez l'air d'apprécier tout ces points aussi d'après vos remarques en fin de séjour. Pour finir, une bouilloire à était remis en place, il suffisait de nous demander. D'ailleurs , nous sommes toujours disponible en cas de besoin étant sur place. Je suis déçu par votre appréciation étant donné que vous étiez content en partant et que nous faisons le maximum pour un agréable séjour de nos hôtes.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Straßburg verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, schön ausgestattet und der Vermieter super nett. Er hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles in Ruhe zu erklären und war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten (besonders die deutschen Fernsehsender haben meinem Parter gut gefallen). Die Lage ist auch sehr ruhig und wir waren ingesamt total zufrieden.

Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Strasbourg. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et le propriétaire est très, très sympa. Il s'est pris du temps pour nous expliquer tout. Il se montrait plein d'attentions à nos égard. Nous avons eu tout ce qu'il faut (surtout les chaînes de télévions allemandes ont plu mon partenaire). L'appartemente est situé dans un environnement calme. Bref, nous étions absolument contents et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Surroundings: Mont Sainte-Odile, Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, Montagne des Singes Park, and the wines routes.
