Appartement très correct, propre, calme. Propriétaire très accueillante et disponible en cas de besoin. Proche de la plage mais un peu éloigné des commerces et du centre de Bidart. ( voiture nécessaire)

T2 fonctionnel et proche de la plage

Très bonne situation géographique pour profiter de la grande plage de Bidart. Le centre ville de Bidart est a 20mn a pieds. Les premiers commerces sont a 5mn également. On aurait apprécié une lumière pour éclairer la douche car le rideau est très sombre mais c'est un détail. La terrasse exposée Sud Ouest permet de faire sécher les combinaisons de surf facilement. Le quartier est calme. Il y a une place de parking en sous sol pour un véhicule et il y a un grand cagibi (rdc extérieur) pour stocker vos planches de surf si besoin. L'appartement se situe au 1er étage. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais l'escalier est large. La copropriété est très bien entretenue. Christophe le propriétaire est très sympathique !

À votre attention.

N’ayant pas pu lire tous les commentaires, nous sommes partis sans avoir toutes les informations. Il y a bien un parking privé en sous-sol le long d’un mur mais difficilement accessible pour un véhicule genre familial ou supérieur. L’appartement est lumineux et propret, mais les 3 vis-à-vis direct du voisinage à quelques mètres de l’appartement, rend l’intimité très difficile. Si ces voisins sont bruyants : « c’est de la faute à pas de chance » (retranscription de notre échange avec l’hôte).
