A terrific apartment that ticks all the boxes
What a great apartment this is - spacious, modern and extremely well appointed/decorated. The location is very good - only a 15 minute walk to all the sights, but far enough out of the tourist zone to get more of a local feel (as well as pricing for restaurants, etc). And the host, Juan Ignacio, is as nice and helpful as can be. Highly recommended.
Beautiful place in excellent neighborhood
The apartment is beautiful, clean, with plenty of conveniences. The Triana neighborhood has more of a “locals” feel, though it’s only a 10 -15 minute walk to the marquee sites across the river. Nacho was a friendly host and communicated clearly before and during checkin. We’re happy we stayed here!
We got off to a bad start when we were given the wrong address and therefore couldn't find the apartment. We panicked for a while until the problem was sorted out over the phone. The locks were hard to operate. We were unable to unlock the sun deck grate and when we did a load of laundry we couldn't use the drying rack which was out on the sun deck. The light bulbs above the bathroom sink were burnt out so it was quite dark out there. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Happy to see all the condiments. Great location. Tirana was an interesting place to stay. The market was within easy walking distance as we're the two bridges to the other side of the river where the major sights were.

Spacious and great location
The location of this flat was perfect for what we had planned for our vacation. Everything was within walking distance. We have a friend that lives in Los Remedios near Plaza de Cuba, and we easily met with her every day. We loved visiting a few bars along the way for breakfast as well as going the other direction to Calle San Jacinto to enjoy a drink and tapa. We also went to Casa Manolo- a restaurant that I used to go to when I lived here years ago. While the street can be loud, it never bothered me and I honestly slept the best that I have in a long time. I have convinced my family to come back again, and we definitely will look at staying here again if Nacho will let us. Thank you!
