The Heber C on Kimball Lane is a beautiful 6000 square foot cabin located centrally in Garden City. Boasting beautiful lake and mountain views, this is the perfect location to enjoy year-round recreational activities.
This elegant home is located in part of the Heber C Kimball Estate. With 9 Bedrooms, 10 Bathrooms and a large bonus room above the garage with its own bath, there is ample room for the entire family or group. Experience the upscale cabin feel while enjoying modern amenities.
There are 2 completely furnished kitchens. Guests are surprised to discover how well stocked the kitchens are with small appliances and plenty of settings to service many people. 2 laundry rooms, a large wraparound covered deck with excellent unobstructed views of Bear Lake! 2 spacious Master Bedrooms, one on the main level and another on the walk-out basement level. The home has 2 brand new large smart TVs, a game area with flat screen in the bonus room, making spaces where everyone can enjoy their own media.
We provide 5 folding tables and 50 folding chairs for ample seating, they are stored in the garage for hosting a big group.
There are 2 paddle boards and a kayak which guests may use.
The upper deck has an outdoor fireplace. Enjoy the open pit for fires in the sprawling back yard (when permitted). This is a perfect place to gather with friends and loved ones to create lasting memories.
You can easily walk to Pickleville Playhouse for live entertainment. (reservations required)
Walk 9/10 mile to the public beach access on the 250 E Loop Road. Many other public beach accesses are located near the home.
Local attractions include go-cart racing, ropes/obstacle course, hiking, ATV trails, horse-back riding, snowmobiling, skiing, golfing and water sports. With ample wildlife and rural small-town vibes, this home is sure to offer a relaxing experience. It is a perfect setting for large gatherings and family reunions.

This is a great home that is 10* clean, with comfy beds and 10 bathrooms! The bonus room and outdoor space was fabulous for our children and the location is perfect to get to town and the beach within minutes! We had a wonderful time. It has a great yard for family games. A fun play set for the kids and the swings under the willow trees were a hit. The house had plenty of space and is nicely decorated. The two full kitchens were so convenient. We would certainly return for another family reunion at Bear Lake.
