This superb vacation home is situated in an immaculate, small gated community - (consisting of all single level detached homes) - in an upscale area of Northeast Mesa - HIGH END FINISHES, HIGH QUALITY FURNISHINGS and a LARGE, PRIVATE, NEWLY LANDSCAPED BACKYARD await the most discerning renter! This PROPERTY offers the HIGHEST STANDARDS and every comfort in a GREAT LOCATION.

Golf courses, hiking trails, lakes, the Superstition Mountains and shopping are on the door step.


The spacious kitchen has been totally renovated and features new granite counter tops, refinished cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar and a huge walk in pantry. It is fully equipped with all new china, cutlery, pots and pans and a variety of small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, crock pot). The cupboards are kept stocked with basic supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and guests will find milk, water and a bottle of red and white wine supplied at the beginning of each stay.

The dining area is situated off the kitchen and features a new dining table and 6 matching chairs. The table has 2 separate leaves and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.


The large living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and features brand new, top quality furnishings and accessories. There is ample seating for 6 people and a 55” LG television is housed in a custom built recess. HIGH SPEED wireless internet is available and there is a wireless printer in the living room for guests' convenience.


The spacious master bedroom is situated on one wing of the house and overlooks the back yard. The room offers a new King size bed, dresser with mirror, double closets and a 42' television. The en-suite bathroom has beautiful new granite counter tops, double sinks and a separate toilet and linen closet. All bedding and towels provided are of excellent quality.


These bedrooms are situated in a separate wing at the front of the house and feature new plantation shutters. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has a full/double bed and a walk in closet. Both bedrooms are newly and tastefully furnished and accessorized. They share an adjacent bathroom with new granite counter top and sink and a bath/shower. All bedding and towels provided are of excellent quality.


Separate room with Maytag matching washer and dryer. Laundry detergent, iron, ironing board and cleaning supplies are kept in the laundry room.


The beautiful and spacious backyard offers total privacy and is not overlooked by any other homes - the perfect place for relaxation! It has been totally re-landscaped and features an extensive, newly laid patio with dining table/umbrella and 6 matching chairs. An area of artificial turf has been laid which features a central cactus garden. There are orange and lemon trees, miniature pomegranate bushes, a large rose bush, and several other flowering shrubs. The back yard area is floodlight at night. Additionally, there is a large, covered patio area off the back of the house which provides plenty of shade. The patio is equipped with top quality lounging furniture and a large stainless steel barbecue for guests to use. The backyard is maintenance free and is serviced on a regular basis by our landscaper.


There is a double garage for guest’s use. The garage also houses and additional fridge/freezer for guests to use if needed. Bicycles are available for rental upon request.


The community is maintained in immaculate condition. It is very pleasant for a stroll and features some communal grassy areas with a good variety of flowering shrubs and plants. There is a gated swimming pool and hot tub with an outdoor shower, changing room, lounging chairs and picnic table. Guests will be given a key to access this area. There is a pool and heated spa which are serviced several times a week.



The recreational opportunities in the immediate area are numerous. There are 2 excellent golf courses within 1 mile of the property and dozens more within a 15 minute drive.

The nearby Usery Mountain Recreational Area offers walking and biking trails, archery, picnicking and an abundance of wildlife. Free scheduled guided walks and desert nature seminars are given by the Park Ranger on a regular basis. The Superstition Mountain Range and Lost Dutchman State Park are close by and provide magnificent scenery and opportunities for horseback riding, hiking and picnicking. A visit to the ghost town of Goldfield and the Mining Camp Restaurant in the same vicinity are also recommended.

For those who love the water - Saguaro Lake is a 15 minute drive away and offers motorboat, kayak and pontoon rentals as well as swimming. Daily narrated cruises on the Desert Belle are available and there is a restaurant overlooking the lake. The beautiful and dramatic Canyon Lake also offers all these amenities and daily cruises on the Dolly, and is a scenic 40 minute drive away. The famous Mesa Market Swap Meet Market is 10 minutes by car and will provide an entertaining day and the opportunity to make some unique purchases.

For Sports enthusiasts the NEW MESA BALLPARK (opened in 2014) is 10 minutes drive away and is the new Spring Training Ground of the Chicago Cubs. Mesa is in the heart of ARIZONA'S CACTUS LEAGUE SPRING TRAINING action, with the opportunity to watch more than 200 Major League Baseball games in just 30 days. CHASE FIELD is also 20 minutes away and several guided tours run each day.

Restaurants, supermarkets, Starbucks, banks, beauty spas and shops are within a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive.

This is our 2nd vacation rental property in the Red Mountain area. Our first one went online four years ago and has been a great success - with excellent reviews from everyone who has stayed there!


Our priority is to provide the highest standards of accommodation and comfort for our clients. We purchased this home in 2014 and had extensive renovations done to the interior of the home and the back yard. All furnishings, accessories, kitchenware, linens etc were brand new in October 2014.

This is a wonderful location in the beautiful area of Northeast Mesa. Red Mountain Ranch backs up to the Tonto National Forest and is close to mountains, lakes, hiking trails, golf courses, shopping and restaurants. All this on the doorstep - yet only 1.5 miles from the 202 freeway! Great access to the airport and other major freeways.

Great location in Mesa - very comfortable home!

We stayed 8 nights and were very happy with this home. Our host, Helen, met us at the house to welcome us. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was very well stocked with every small appliance and utensil that we would ever need. The yard was set up with comfortable patio furniture and we enjoyed spending time outside in the well kept yard. But the best part for us was the location. Perfect distance to everything just off the 202. One of Helen’s suggested “things to do” was the Olive Mill in Queen’s Creek. Although we’ve visited this area a number of times, we hadn’t heard about this little gem. You’ll have to check it out. We would certainly book this home again for another vacation in Mesa.

Gorgeous Home in a wonderful location!

We stayed in this beautiful, clean and quiet home at the end of April. The home is more beautiful than the pictures suggest. It feels very spacious and is beautifully decorated throughout. The yard is gorgeous and quiet, perfect for breakfast and barbecuing. The location is excellent, close to everything on needs. The owner is very organized and the place is provided with everything for a very comfortable stay, including a binder full of information about the home and the area.

Sunny but on the cool side of the street which is great in Arizona

Great place to stay. Very private, clean and comfortable. Recommend to travellers. There is lot's of information left about the home and amenities. One mistake we made was that when the BBQ ran out of gas we did not realize that we could call the owner to have more gas brought over. The pool is about 4 short blocks away. But we still enjoyed it. Thanks to Helen and Bob

Beyond Expectation

This was our first time renting through VRBO, so we were a little apprehensive. The property looked very nice, was right for our needs (week plus stay over Thanksgiving holiday to be close to folks in Las Sendas), and the pre-arrival interaction with Helen was very smooth.

Arrival was also very smooth, the house was spacious, clean, current, had all the amenities we needed - perfect for a family of 4, girls weekend, or a couple of couples. Very close to 202 so convenient for a wide variety of different tourist and sight-seeing attractions.

We will definitely rent again if available for our next targeted visit in the spring! Overall experience could not have been any better! We have also recommended to a number of our parents' friends in Las Sendas who also have family that visits from out of state and may be looking for a closeby option that isn't quite as large as the Las Sendas available properties (which was the case for us).
