Beautiful and cozy

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time staying at the Pinecone. It was peaceful, but close enough to everything that I wanted to see. The house itself was beautiful and cozy. We liked watching the goldfish in the ponds. But our favorite thing to do was to sit on the front porch and watch the ‘firefly lights’. I would definitely stay there again.

Just like camping/glamping

  • 5 of 5

Great cabin. Secluded location but only 3 to 10 minutes from 15+ restaurants. Cabin smelled like pine cones upon entry. Nice. Wine, cookies (for my wife and myself), and doggie treats (for Sadie) waiting. Very nice. Touches like small pine cones around the inside of the windows, amazing outside light show at night, and excellent pool table downstairs were just a few more features that topped this experience off. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was ready for any type of cooking. Will try to stay here again if ever in the Maggie Valley, Asheville, Cherokee area. Thanks to the hosts for sharing their cabin.

What a beautiful home! Situated in a quiet neighborhood...every detail has been carefully planned for guests. This home is beautiful inside and out. Love all the waterscapes outside and the twinkly lights at night. Thanks for the welcome cookies, coffee and wine. It was a perfect weekend.

Great Mini-Vacation

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our mini-vacation to Maggie Valley recently. The little cabin was perfect for the four of us. In addition to the pool table and the well-equipped kitchen, there were many unexpected and surprising extras with this cabin that none of us had ever gotten with previous rentals elsewhere. The chilled bottle of wine, homemade cookies and coffee got us off to a great start. But, those fairy lights... they were down-right magical!
