About this property

Imagine opening your eyes from the master bed each morning and looking out from the 21st floor and experiencing the vision of endless sugar white sand beaches and beautiful turquoise blue water. It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words. However, as great as the pictures look from this website, they do not do justice to what you will experience when you stay at our home here at The Boardwalk.

This is an amazingly spacious 1380 square foot, two bedrooms, and two bath condo. It is literally the size of a small house. Both the main living room and master bedroom are lined with FLOOR–TO-CEILING WINDOWS providing you views right down into the ocean.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a KING SIZE “Beauty Rest Recharge” premium mattress and a 55” Samsung TV with cable. It also has an oversize walk in closet, full size dresser, ceiling fan and private entrance to the balcony. The MASTER BATHROOM features a walk in glass shower, full size garden tub, and beautiful marble vanity with double sinks.

The GUEST BEDROOM features 2 QUEEN SIZE “Beauty Rest Recharge” premium mattresses and a 32” Samsung TV with cable. It has two full size closets and full size dresser drawer. The guest bedroom also comes with a full size, nicely decorated bathroom.

The MAIN LIVING area has comfortable furnishings which includes another 55” Samsung TV with cable, full size sofa with recliners and matching side sofa, ceiling fan, and classy wall décor.

The LARGE OVERSIZE BALCONY features two zero-gravity recliner lounge chairs, two Adirondack lounge chairs, and small tables. The hardest decision of each day will be choosing which position you want to relax in while enjoying your morning cup of java or afternoon sunset on the balcony.

There is also a FULL SIZE WASHER and DRYER in a separate LAUNDRY ROOM right inside the condo.

Finally, covered parking is right at the entrance to the elevators for ease and convenience in loading and unloading (luggage, groceries, beach gear, etc.). No need to park across the street and lug your belongings up and down stairs or across traffic like so many other condo complexes. ACTUALLY, this was a huge convenience factor in choosing to purchase at The Boardwalk!!

Excellent VRBO Stay

This was our first time staying at a VRBO but we had stayed in timeshares many times. This was a top-notch condo and the owners provided much more than we expected including K-cup coffee and laundry soap. The view of the Gulf was beautiful.

Great stay!

The property was clean, comfortable and accurate to the listing. Communication with the property owners was clear and they provide a helpful binder of information in the condo. Beds are comfortable, view was great and location was close to everything. We definitely recommend!

Amazing!

The apartment is clean and tidy with comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen have everything you need. Also a lot of things for the beach. And of course the AMAZING view from the window.

We bought this condo for our family to enjoy. It serves as our own personal getaway and is maintained as such. Check out the previous guest reviews and the unit’s interior photos to get an idea of what that means. This is not a rental pool unit. Everything was added brand new when we acquired it and is maintained in pristine condition. Dana is also currently serving on the Boardwalk Owners Board of Directors to assist in continuing this property's pristine condition and reputation. If you are looking for a Panama City Beach getaway that oozes luxury and convenience, this is it. We only rent out on a limited basis so if you find an open week, please book it and come share this experience with us.
