Sitting on one of the most desirable corners of Newport, rests this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo. Boasting 1300 square feet, this condo has recently gone through a total renovation, including new furniture and appliances. A calm and modern atmosphere awaits you at this beach escape.

Fond memories will easily be made in this open living and dining room, whether you decide to play some of the provided games, watch a favorite movie, or reminisce about moments at the beach. Attached to the living area is a roomy, raised patio outfitted for sunbathing, entertaining and barbecuing. And you don’t have to be a seasoned chef to enjoy what our kitchen supplies; from cooking spices and storage containers to granite countertops and new appliances, the kitchen contains everything you need to make simple snacks for a day at the beach or a delicious dinner for the whole family. The master bedroom enjoys an ocean view from a comfortable queen bed, private bath, television and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, television, and a view of the Historic Balboa Pier, while the last bedroom has a full and single bunk bed. All three televisions have access to DirecTV, so no one has to miss their favorite sitcom or drama while on vacation. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer and WiFi for your convenience.

The condo is located just steps away from many popular activities such as boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and the famous Balboa Fun Zone and Ferris wheel. There are two bicycles available for picturesque rides on the boardwalk or a visit to the Newport Pier. If you want to venture off the boardwalk, you are only a short stroll to the Balboa Island Ferry, which will take you to Balboa Island for shopping and delightful food adventures. You are 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm and upscale shopping at Fashion Island, and only 1½ hours to San Diego.

The complex features a private gated entry, elevator access, and a gated parking garage with two private parking spaces for vehicles ***with a maximum height of 6 feet.***

Great property! Very secure! Great Location!

Owners were amazing to work with. Couldn’t ask for a better location in Newport. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and the balboa fun zone. Steps away from the beach made it super convenient with kids. Equipped with sand toys and bikes it was so nice to not have to purchase those items. Would 100% recommend this property!

Everything you could ask for or need is provided in this wonderful home away from home. Owners have provided a book that answers any questions. Would come back to Sandy Toes again any time, no need to look further than this condo.

Amazing Time by the Beach!

A wonderful place for a family to enjoy the beach and Balboa Island. I spent the weekend with my two little nieces and family and everyone had a wonderful time from grilling out in the patio, playing out in the sand with the beach toys to just lounging around in the condo. We definitely would come back again! Thanks Jeff and Stephanie for the wonderful accommodations!

Heaven on the beach. All in God's plan.

Jeff and Stephanie,

From the moment we arrived we realized how perfect and clean your beautiful home was. Your home was everything we could of asked for to smallest detail. It was important to me to feel secure and your place delivered. Every site we wanted to see or restaurant was in walking distance or a quick bike ride.

Your beach house was in the perfect location. We were blessed and already planning our next stay. The patio was huge and great for entertaining. We cherish our Sandy toes wash cloth.

The memories we made in your home will never be forgotten. This is the best home in the area. I have no clue how we got so lucky!!!

Wonderful property!

We just love this property and couldn't say enough about the owners! We had our first visit last summer, booked it again this year and are already looking forward to doing it again next summer. The condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities. Extremely clean. And did I mention location? That too couldn't be better. You are steps away from the beach, shopping and plenty of food options. Can't wait to to come back.

Outstanding beach house property

This property is right on top of the boardwalk adjacent to the Balboa Pier. It has the absolute best patio area for lounging and people watching. The condo is surprisingly roomy as it boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The living room/kitchen area is very big, so much so, we didn't even use the main kitchen table despite having 6 of us staying there. When you leave the secured complex you are literally steps away from the best restaurants, bars, and entertainment areas in Balboa. We rented bikes and made the 15 minute ride to the Newport pier several times just to experience different restaurants. The condo is very clean and modern...not like some of the dingy beach houses we have stayed at before. This place feels more like a high end hotel.
