Ottima sistemazione

Con la mia famiglia ho trascorso una settimana nel mese di settembre in uno degli alloggi del Sig. Lobina e non posso fare altro che confermare le recensioni positive di chi mi ha preceduto, riguardo alle caratteristiche della casa e alla gentilezza del proprietario. L'appartamento al primo piano è risultato pienamente rispondente alle nostre esigenze, la grande terrazza perfetta per la colazione e la cena all'aperto. La posizione all'interno del paesino si è rilevata strategica e ci consentiva ogni mattina con una piacevole passeggiata di rifornirci di tutto l'occorrente per la giornata nei vari negozi, dalla panetteria con focacce e pizza buonissime, ai market, alla macelleria Piga per grigliate eccezionali. Consiglio questo alloggio a chiunque sia alla ricerca di una sistemazione semplice ma particolarmente confortevole e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Super séjour en Sardaigne !

Le village est typique et charmant, avec boulanger, épicerie, pizzeria... L'appartement est à 10mn des plages plages de Chia. Romualdo nous à très très bien acceuilli en nous expliquant les choses a voir a faire dans la région. L'appartement est bien et fonctionnel avec sa belle terrasse (douche exterieur et barbecue). Nous avons vraiment passé de très bonnes vacances !

Una settimana nel confort e tranquillità.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo appartamento in centro a Domus de Maria. Situato in una zona tranquilla ,vicino a negozi e ristoranti, la casa ė confortevole ed è ben suddivisa negli spazi zona giorno e notte, buona la polizia dei locali e tutto perfettamente funzionante compreso gli impianti d'aria condizionata . Gode all'esterno di un piccolo cortile privato dove si può cucinare alla brace e, oltre a mangiare, farsi una doccia con acqua calda. Il proprietario di casa ci ha coccolato con generi di primo conforto: acqua e vino fresco in frigorifero, condimenti in dispensa, sapone e detersivi in bagno. Estremamente disponibile a suggerimenti per luoghi o spiagge da visitare ha reso la nostra vacanza molto piacevole senza cadere nell'invadenza ma rispettando la nostra privacy. Consigliamo vivamente.
