The house is very functional; the bay window of the living room allows to live in while enjoying the outdoors.
The area is very quiet, the house being below the road, traffic noise is not audible.
Access to the beach, shops (bakery, grocery store) are easy on foot (excellent breads and croissants) and to get to Annecy cycling is ideal ..

Excellent location, comfortable house, lovely host!

Property located about a minute’s ride from the cycle path and 5 mins ride from the nearest beach. An excellent base for exploring the area. House comfortable and had everything we need. Isabelle is a great host, no problems at all. We had a great holiday!

Sehr gemütliches Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus, super Ausstattung, gute Lage auch wenn die Hauptstraße vom rückwärtigen Schlafzimmer sehr zu hören war. Kleiner hübscher Garten und insgesamt ist die Gegend toll!

A wonderful stay!

We’ve just had a brilliant week in Sevrier. We were welcomed by lovely Isabelle and the house was clean and had everything we needed. Sevrier is a great location, near the lake and cycle path plus local and larger shops. The house has a garage too which we found great for storing our bikes. Although small, it was really pleasant to eat outside in the garden, on the patio. The shutters on all windows ensured the house stayed cool in the high temperatures. Overall, a wonderful holiday! Many thanks

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Der kleine Garten ist sehr nett. Wichtig mit Kindern: Das WiFi funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Einrichtung war gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein kurzer Fußweg zur Badestelle am See, kleiner Supermarkt und tolle Bäckerei keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Annecy ist einfach mit dem Rad erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
