KITCHEN- Full kitchen, with all full size appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, garbage disposal, microwave, Keurig (you'll need to bring the cartridges)
LIVING ROOM- flat screen TV with cable television, has a nice gas fireplace, Just open it up and turn it on with the key! Very romantic.
CENTRAL GAS HEAT- with automatic turn on before you get to the unit! (be sure to email us to let us know what time you want it turned on ahead of time)
BBQ- feel free to bring your steaks and burgers to grill while you are taking a break from being outside or on the mountain. But please clean the grill when you are done with it.

Walk to the slopes!
Best location for Skiers and Snowboarders. Come back to the condo to rest and have lunch while others enjoy the mountain!

Being at the base of Snow Summit makes for the best vacation, especially for larger groups. No need to coordinate schedules or carpools. Just walk to the ski lift and walk home when you want to! The condo is centrally located about seven minutes to where you can rent the boats. It has a hot tub (brand new) and a barbecue (brand new) out on the patio. This is your barbecue and jacuzzi and is not shared by other people.
Everything in the complex and the townhouse. There is also a gas grill BBQ that will never run out of propane so bring some steaks for grilling! But please clean the grill when you are done using it.
Walk to the slopes!

This two bedroom two bath newly renovated townhome is nestled on the base of Snow Summit mountain. This is where mountain biking is allowed in the summer and during the winter it's a skier's paradise. No need to pile into the car and head to the slopes it's right out your front door!

Guests have access to everything in the condo. All up-to-date appliances and a fully stocked kitchen with all of the items you will need to cook and clean. There is a keurig machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave in the kitchen.
Alexa Enabled smart home, Easy to get in with specialized door code, listen to music on Alexa and control the heat using the following commands:
“Alexa – set house to 68 degrees”
I will send out a code for you to get in the house (please checkin upon arrival at the front office, they will give you your two parking passes).

The home phone is complimentary as most cell phones don't get service in Big Bear except AT&T and Verizon. iPhone texting with other iPhones does work though, via the wifi.

Max occupancy is 5 guests and you could be kicked out if you are noisy and have more than 5 in the house, the city makes sure that people are not partying.
Walk to the lift…and in the winter Big Bear Mountain Resort offers free shuttle service between Snow Summit (condo) and Bear Mountain every 30 minutes on select dates throughout the season. If you want to ski at Bear Mtn leave your car at the condo and take the free 10-Minute shuttle ride between Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. Uber, Lyft and taxi service is available, but Snow Summit mountain is right next door.
