Remodeled as a vacation destination with all the conveniences of home. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Vaulted ceilings with wood beams. High quality mattresses, clean and new. Wood burning stove and fire pit for both indoor and outdoor ambience and relaxation. Spacious bedrooms and open floor plan. Kitchen with granite tile, great room-style with old growth wood flooring. 3 queen beds, 1 pair of bunk beds. Landing with reading nook. Glass sliding doors from every room to two outside decks, where you can listen to the ocean and enjoy together time. Very peaceful community. Pristine and scenic beach practically reserved for Nedonna Beach neighborhood. Ping pong table, and quiet back yard area with fire pit and benches. Plenty of on-lot parking for boats and trucks.

Steps from secluded beautiful Nedonna Beach, with 7 miles of unbroken sand and surf, including views of Twin Rocks in Rockaway. Nearby shops in Manzanita and Rockaway Beach. Fishing and boating opportunities abound. Near Lake Lytle, with fishing pond located less than a 5 minute walk from the house. Just a few hundred yards from the South Jetty of Nehalem Bay. Historic train rides. Famous Tillamook Cheese Factory and tours just 15 miles away. Surrounded by North Coast ocean rock formations and excellent state parks and beaches. Charming and close to the beach

My husband and I stayed here with our 5 kids, ages 3-12 and it was great for us. We loved the proximity to the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Just wish there was one more bathroom.

Beautiful home, great community

This home was exactly as the listing described. It's beautiful and well appointed, with everything you could need. It's just a short walk to the beach and it's not the least bit crowded this far north. There's an apple tree in the backyard and if you're quiet you can encounter black-tailed deer there. I was able to sit out there while 2 ate, it was so serene and fun. Then at night another came and actually slept there on a raised area. It was so cool! I had 3 teenage boys with me, my son and his friends, and they really enjoyed the house as well. They played ping pong, enjoyed the bunk beds, lounged and watched TV on the very comfy couches, and we had a great fire in the fire pit. It was just a really nice stay and I will definitely check this property first the next time I'm planning a beach stay. In fact, the boys asked specifically if we could come again next year and stay in the same place. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with us! They were also great at communicating before our stay.
