You can even hear the ocean when you are sitting on the great screened porch. Located near Seabrook Island's crab dock and kayak launch, you will be surrounded by nature while staying at this lovely villa. It is a short 1.4 mile ride to North Beach where you can sit and enjoy the ocean's waves or walk to see the dolphins strand feeding. Seabrook Island's Lake House facilities are just 1.1 miles from this home. There you can enjoy using the outdoor pool (no fee) or indoor pool/fitness center (fees apply).

1209 Creekwatch has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Upstairs is the nicely furnished living area featuring cathedral ceilings, abundant windows offering fabulous marsh views, a ceiling fan, sliding doors leading to a screened porch with amazing marsh views, and an open floor plan. Your family and friends will enjoy gathering to share stories from their day on the island. The large flat screen smart TV has a full entertainment and news cable package with voice activated remote to find your favorite channels. The adjoining dining area has a table that seats four. Highlights in the kitchen include all new white cabinetry, granite counters, ceramic backsplash and well stocked cabinets. There is also a powder room on this level. Settle into one of the porch chairs and watch the shore birds hunt for dinner. This quiet porch even offers views to the ocean in a distance.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms, two full en suite baths, and laundry facilities. The master bedroom has a king bed and cable TV, also with voice activated remote control. The en suite bath has two sinks set in a granite top and shower. Sliding doors lead to a partially covered deck for sunning or reading and stairs to the back marsh. Off the hall is the laundry closet with a stacked HD washer/dryer. The 2nd bedroom can sleep three in the queen bed and twin bed. The adjoining bath has a shower and vanity with granite.

Creekwatch's neighborhood pool is a peaceful retreat. With chaise lounge chairs, tables, shade trees, and a gorgeous marsh view, you will love this quiet pool (open seasonally). Owners have also provided beach chairs, crab nets and boogie boards to add to your fun.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you lose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
