The rental apartments are managed in a non-business form, without offering centralized services and granted with a real estate lease contract for tourist purposes pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 2, letter c, L.431 / 98.

It is possible to park the car in a private garage a few meters from the apartment at a cost of 10 euros per day.
