Outside of these dates for any count over 15 total overnight guests (adult/child/infant), a $30 (in 2024)/night/extra guest (adult/child/infant) fee over the count of 15 will be incurred.

Nightly, Weekly, and Off Season Rates Available.

The Property is available to rent for any TWO NIGHT MINIMUM with the following TWO (2) EXCEPTIONS:

1. During the Summer Season for the NIGHTS of Fri, Jun 07 - Thu, Aug 22, 2024 there is a three (3) night minimum from 5:00 pm EST check-in to 11:00 am EST check-out. The system is set up to apply a 57% discount for seven (7) consecutive nights during these dates from Fri check-in to Fri check-out.
The system is NOT capable of applying additional discounts for 4, 5, or 6 consecutive nights during this same period 6/7-8/22/24. We are currently offering the following discounts: 4 nights at 25%, 5 nights at 40%, & 6 nights at 50%. Before booking, please send an inquiry.

2. Memorial and Labor Day weekends have a three (3) night minimum.

By booking the Property on this listing, BOTH the 1st and 2nd floor of the home and the 4 Bedrooms/3 Bathrooms will be made available and accessible. During our off season when the outdoor pool is winterized, we have the ability to completely lock off the 2nd floor and offer the Property to smaller sized groups (Up to 11 overnight guests) for reduced rates. This large resort sleeps a maximum of 19 (All adults/children/infants are included in the TOTAL legal count). We reserve the right to refuse any large group we deem unsuitable for our family vacation rental property. We respect the peacefulness of the neighborhood & take great pride in keeping the home clean & in repair.

Must be at least twenty five (25) years of age to rent the property. A copy of a driver's license or suitable ID proving proof of age must be furnished.
