The great room features a wood-paneled wall, a leather armchair, sueded sofa, modular bookshelf and wood-burning stove. Side tables stand atop denim- and cowboy-boot-clad legs. Very comfortable place, lots of stairs

  • 5 of 5

Nice place, good size. We recommend it and would stay again. Would give it 4 1/2 stars, but that rounds up to 5. There are a lot of stairs - 17 down from the parking area, and 35 up to the condo - but that was not an issue for us. We mention it only because it would be an issue for some. Living room has 4 seats - couch and stuffed chair. For entertainment: large TV, DVD, CD and VCR players, movies, books, puzzles and games. Wood stove and everything you need to use it. Lots of info on places to eat, things to do, etc. Dining area has table and 4 chairs. Galley kitchen - not large, but plenty sufficient, with pans, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, crock pot, and toaster. Bedroom has comfortable queen size bed with plenty of blankets and pillows, smaller TV and bureau. Closet doors are tough to open, but they have hooks over the doors so you can use those instead. (I think the doors just need to be shortened a tad so they don't rub on the rug.) Large carpeted bathroom with a good amount of counter space and plenty of towel racks. Lots of towels. There is a hand-held shower spray, and I think I counted 3 hair dryers. They provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. Wi-fi included in the unit and it worked well. Very quiet when we were there. Nice touches included night lights, hooks for coats, the games/books/puzzles, funny plaques on the walls, artwork reflecting local culture and nature. Easy check in and check out. There is a laundry room downstairs but we didn't check it out. Only negatives were minor: electrical outlets were plentiful but many were "loose" for some reason; some things looked a bit worn, like they could use a coat of paint; couldn't get the phones to work; "recycling center" (which didn't accept much) was on the outskirts of the village. We had a dripping faucet which we reported just before leaving for some hiking one day. When we returned 6 hours later it had already been fixed. So customer service/maintenance was excellent. None of the minor negatives detracted from our stay.

Wonderful place.

  • 4 of 5

Our stay at Jackson hole was just what we needed. A relaxing three days with restaurants at our fingertips. The condo was cozy and warm with a great kitchen area and terrific views. Our only negative was that it was on the third floor. Had we paid more attention to that we may have not chosen this particular room.

Great location and value. Older fixtures, furniture and decor, clean and everything you need there.

  • 4 of 5

Wonderful location within an easy walk to the center of the ski resort. The drive into Grand Teton via Moose Wilson Rd. Is convenient if a bit bumpy for a short stretch. This is a third floor unit with no elevator, built in the 70s with most of the furnishings decor and fixtures rather dated. Bed was comfortable, linens all very nice and everything worked. Everything you need is there. The walls are thin, the stairs steep but the location great and the price is right. Great view out the (small) windows and since it is a top floor end unit fewer neighbors. Good value.

First time visitors to Wyoming

  • 4 of 5

We stayed during the quiet period , the last week of September. This was perfect for us as we don't ski. The town of Jackson was a short drive for dinner and shopping but it was nice to be out of town and closer to the Tetons. The village had everything you needed, just a bit pricey. We really enjoyed our condo. We ate most of our meals in. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. A terrific view and great walking paths. Taking the Big Red Tram to the cabin for waffles is a must. An overall wonderful experience. The only concern to mention is the condo is on the top floor. We were well aware of that but it was a difficult haul with heavy luggage or after a grocery run. Best left to those without aging knees or any other type of mobility issues.

Great location & community & views

  • 4 of 5

We have stayed in this condo before and would absolutely stay here again. Perfect location for what we wanted to do, which was hike, bike & kayak in Tetons & Jackson Hole. Beautiful valley view from balcony...we could see mountains, wildlife and hot air balloons. Bike paths go for miles from complex. You can ride a rented bike into Jackson, drop it off at partner cycle shop and ride shuttle bus back to complex after shopping/lunch. We did it and it was fun! Complex is a ski village, so there is a gondola you can ride to top of mountain. We did not try gondola as we hike for our views, so we don't need it. Complex also has fun village square with playground and fountain for little kids. Pool area was wonderful...heated pool, 2 hot tubs, baby pool, lounge chairs, grill area and tables. Refrigerator and cups provided for bringing drinks. We went every day. Very friendly people work office, pool, shops, etc. Condo was comfortable with a kind of western theme going. Not super updated, but we thought it was charming. We especially liked the wildlife dish sets! We cooked most of our dinners and they had everything we needed. We brought food and small stores in complex kept us from having to find any bigger grocery stores for the week...perfect for getting a couple of things. They even have take and bake pizza. There are also restaurants you can walk to. Food was good, but prices were pretty high so we mostly stuck to eating in condo, which we had planned. If you are someone who can't do stairs easily, this is a third floor unit (remember...great views...right?) and there is no elevator. Just something to consider for bringing all your stuff in. We were fine with it...our 75 year old parents would not be. Overall, LOVED it, would certainly recommend it to anyone we know and would choose it again!
