About this property

Apartment of 100m², the entrance is independent, is on the ground floor of a beautiful villa just 800m from the beach of Marina di Fiori and only 1km from the shopping center Géant Casino.
The apartment has a swimming pool (10x5 meters) private and secure for children. The widely also private flower garden offers peace and discretion. The presence of a barbecue will allow you to share meals with family or friends. A table tennis table available will give you the opportunity to have fun after a swim.
A private parking space is also reserved for you.

The beaches Benedettu and Golfo di Sogno are 6 km, 17 km to the beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia.

Porto-Vecchio is 3 km; its citadel, its port and shops 5 km.

The village of Ospedale and its dam 800 m is 20 km (20 minutes), Zonza is 35 km (40 minutes) and finally Bavella and its famous Needle (1250 m) are car 1h15.

The Citadel of Bonifacio is 30 km (30 minutes).

Capacity: 4 people extendable to 5 if baby.

Sleeping: 2 140 beds. A room with 1 bed (140cm) and cot.

Rental conditions:

- Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday (possibility of renting out Saturday to Saturday on request)

- A deposit is required on day of arrival, it is 500 € and will be returned after the inventory.

- A compulsory fee of 50 € for the final cleaning will be added in addition to the rental price

- A possibility of renting sheets exists for 12 € per person

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Appartement fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Très belle piscine privative. Propriétaires serviables et discrets. Très bien situé : proche du centre commercial Géant a 3 minutes. Et à proximité de tout : port de Porto Vecchio, plages de Palombaggia et Santa Giulia, Bonifacio, Vallée de Cavu avec ses piscines naturelles. Je recommande.

Excellent séjour!!

Au delà de nos attentes! Propriétaires discrets, chaleureux et tellement gentils! l’appartement super propre, la piscine et le jardin privés sont un vrai plus, encore mieux qu’en photo. Merci pour tout encore Paule et Gaby!! Nous reviendrons certainement, nous sommes tombées sous le charme de ce bijou corse!
