Pure rust

Zeer groot omheind terrein (ideaal om de hond mee te nemen), gelegen midden in de natuur met volledige privacy. Aangenaam, proper zwembad met alle comfort. Heel fijn terras met bar. Het huis zelf is vrij donker met iets minder comfort: 1 aparte slaapkamer en de rest van de bedden op de overloop, toilet boven, weinig vliegenramen.

Un lieu magique pour des vacances paisibles

Nous avons passé 3 semaines formidables dans cette belle propriété, au milieu de la forêt landaise. La maison est très agréable à vivre et fonctionnelle, les enfants ont adoré le dortoir, le préau avec sa cuisine d’été et son immense table nous a permis de dîner dehors par tout temps et la piscine a réuni tout le monde! En résumé un gros coup de cœur, d’autant que la région est magnifique et les hôtes charmants.

Très bon séjour

Bon séjour dans un endroit calme avec la compagnie discrète des ânes. La propriété est grande et la piscine a le bon goût de ne pas être visible depuis la maison tout en étant proche. La cuisinière ravira les amateurs de recettes. L’annexe est un endroit paisible où il fait bon se reposer. Il faut noter en plus des prestations décrites sur le site : un hamac, 2 vélos adultes de ville, un VTT enfant 8-10 ans, une table de ping-pong (neuve), l’éclairage intérieur et extérieur de la piscine, l’éclairage extérieur de la maison et l’éclairage automatique de l’extérieur de l’annexe (assez puissant pour illuminer tout le terrain), beaucoup d’arbres fruitiers et de fleurs.

Séjour plus qu agréable

Nous recherchions de la tranquilité et de l espace... nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux! La propriété est vraiment géniale! L environnement calme et paisible. Les propriétaires sont d une grande gentillesse. Nous avons réellement passé une semaine géniale!

Character & charm, space to play and relax, and a very warm welcome

We absolutely loved our two weeks at Bourron. The setting is idyllic, with so much space to play and relax. The setting is rural but within an hour or so of the coast, so you can mix seaside and countryside with ease. The house is a really charming mix of rustic and modern, and is clearly a much-loved holiday home for the owners. Sylvie and Patrick (who live off-site) were really helpful, and gave us a wonderful welcome and advice about things to do. The facilities are great, with a separate annexe, and the covered barbecue and dining area is wonderful for evening meals. The pool is fantastic – we had never tried a saline pool before and can highly recommend it, as it is much less harsh than a chlorine pool – no goggles required, but much less salty than the sea. And we really loved the instant friends we made in the donkeys and chickens, who were an entertaining presence throughout our stay. What a wonderful place this is, and run by lovely people.
