Ocean Front Studio, Kayak available - Swimming, bring own snorkle Euipment

We have two levels of lawn leading down to the ocean with swimming and snorkelling including a beautiful cluster of coral reefs a few yards from our lawn. The underwater photos were all taken on that cluster of reefs.

Our minimum is now 5 nights and if anyone tests positive during their stay. We have also installed fibre wire to upgrade internet wifi speed to 100Mb for those who may need to work while travelling. We have a charging station that will work with most electric rental car types on-island- All property photos were taken at Wrexford property - Kayak (available). You can swim or snorkel (bring your own snorkel equip.). This lovely Studio has all you need, a full-height refrigerator, microwave, small 3 burner stove with oven, flat screen TV, 100 cable channels, wifi, and Bar-B-Q. There is a shower and a phone for Local calls only. The property is .55 acres. Come and experience the best sunsets you have ever seen (weather permitting, of course) - owners run a Bermuda Tour company, Winsome Tours - Check- time is 3:30 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. There is a Key vault next to the door. Once the booking is made, a key vault code will be supplied.

Excellent stay at Sandy's

The property was neat and clean and the views were beautiful. There was no need to go anywhere else. The water was like a swimming pool. My hosts were so kind and thoughtful, constantly making suggestions of places I could go and see while I was there. Everything was explained very well upon arrival and I took advantage of the wonderful taxi driver suggested by the hosts which I prebooked prior to arrival in Bermuda. The whole experience was effortless and I cannot wait to return.

Peaceful by the sea.

My husband and I recently spent a week at the Wrexford Cottage. Ralph and Julie were extremely kind hosts who take pride in their home and the island. The apartment was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The apartment was also very well temperature regulated and comfortable which is not always the case in humid climates. The property was quiet and the views were breath taking. From the moment I arrived and looked out at the ocean felt peaceful. We were lucky enough to see parrot fish and eagles rays from the shore. Some of our favorite moments during our week in Bermuda were spent on the lawn at the cottage. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location and Great Hosts

The location was perfect for us. A sloping lawn down to the water and easy access to the reefs offshore. The setting was private and quiet, and offered opportunities for casual outdoor dining and nice sunsets every evening. Our hosts, Ralph and Julie, couldn't have been nicer. They were attentive to our needs but respectful of our space. The studio apartment is small but was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed.

Heaven on earth

Everything was perfect. The cottage studio was just as described. Julie and Ralph (the hosts) treated us like family. Ralph gave us great recommendations on beaches :) We loved swimming in front of their house and seeing all the fish . We are planning on going back next fall. We spent 10 days at Wrexford Cottage and it was pure heaven

Ralph and Julie Richardson are both semi-retired professionals and now own a Bermuda Tour and Consulting company; both Love having guests and are born Bermudians. Ralph retired as Executive Director of multinational corporate Foundation and is past Commodore of the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club - Julie has been self employed for over 30 years and retired from her preschool business - the two really enjoy hosting at their home and offering full island private tour experiences to visitors. They provide a most informative experience, whether as hosts to guests at their property or giving the full Bermuda tour experience to small and larger groups from hotels or Cruise ships. All of their tours are private to enhance the quality of the Bermuda experience. They believe that it is a privilege to share Bermuda at this stage of their lives. We can sum this up easily. The VIEW is spectacular even for our local guests. The reefs are beautiful (all photos of fish and reefs are taken on our reef) Just over half an acre of property leading down to water access.

Activities from the Property include Kayaking, Snorkeling (bring your own equipment) Bone fishing (when in season), and a 45-acre public park next door (with hiking trails).
