this Creole villa comfortably (1290 sq ft) accommodate up to 6 people.

The property has a large garden of more than 800m2 (18611 sq ft2). It offers to you a small sight on the sea. The garden is planted many royal palm trees and many flowers. A barbecue and furniture of garden will enable you to organize meals according to your wishes.

A large swimming pool (11 meters long) (37 ft) comes to supplement the unit. On the beach of the swimming pool, you will have " bath of sun chairs ". Near the villa, you will be able to benefit from large shaded terraces.

The villa has a roomy living room arranged with large comfortable settees, massive pieces of teak furniture and of a double auxiliary bed. You will find at your disposal a television, a DVD reader and a chain HIFI to spend a lovely stay in our house.

The 3 air-conditioned rooms lay out each one of a contiguous bathroom. In complement, we place at your disposal a “bed umbrella” for a child of less than 3 years.

The kitchen which offers a small sight on the sea, is equipped with a master key open dish towards the terrace. It has new a electric household appliances unit: wash crockery, lava linen, cooker, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, grid bread...

Très bien dans l’ensemble, bel extérieur, la vue est très agréable. Juste une petite remarque concernant l’électroménager qui n’est pas neuf comme précisé dans l’annonce (il manque les bacs de la porte du réfrigérateur, les boutons du four n’ont plus d’indication, il manque un joint sur le blender donc il fuit..)

Très jolie villa avec une superbe vue

Jolie villa telle que décrite dans l’annonce La piscine et la vue en font un endroit spectaculaire Elle se situe dans une résidence calme et est plutôt bien située La communication avec le propriétaire était parfaite et la gestion du gérant sur place au top Nous reviendrons !

Excellent séjour Très belle villa avec extérieur superbe L'espace de vie dehors est magnifique Parfait avec a revoir tout de même les matelas tachés et fatigués et la propreté des climatiseurs
