The apartment is on the first floor of a building overlooking a quiet private street closed to traffic. Completely renovated and furnished with care consists of a bedroom with double bed, a cozy room with two comfortable sofas that removing the cushions can be converted into 3 comfortable beds. The presence of a sliding door at the entrance makes the two completely separate areas. The kitchen and brand new and fully equipped. You will find an initial allocation of items for cooking (oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea ...). Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with shower and direct hot water. The comfort of home and completed by the heating and air conditioning in every room. It can supply all the bed linen and towels. To relax, guests can count on color TV 49 inch smart TV connected to the Internet with satellite system, SKY TV + SPORT PACKAGE (in direct vision of the most important matches of the European Football Championship, Moto GP, Formula 1 etc), wi-fi and Desktop PC.

"The apartment is beautiful, very close to the Vatican. It's in a quiet, safe and convenient location (buses, supermarket and rail station are all very close. It was so well provided that we felt like home away from home."

"the apartment room was very well fitted out with all the furnature and kitchen appliances you could possibly need. A bonus was the free internet and computer available. The location is very convenient, being a 5min walk from St peters and the vatican and a bus route straight into the city from just up the road. I would deffinately recommend the property to anyone looking for a 2-4 person appartment in Rome"

Soggiorno perfetto

Appartamento pulitissimo a pochissimi minuti dalla Cappella Sistina, zona super tranquilla e vicina a molte comodità come bar, lavanderia, minimarket 24h. L'appartamento al primo piano super pulito e con tutte le comodità necessarie. Dovessi tornare a Roma, tornerei qui :)

Quiet apartment in great location

This is a perfect place to stay if you’re using the bus to get around. It’s a quick two block walk from the 64 bus that will drop you off right in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is clean, quiet, and has a comfortable bed, and Tiziana will arrange a ride to and from FCO. We hope to come back some day and stay here again.

Great location near St Peter’s

Comfortable clean and well equipped kitchen great bakery and deli just around the corner and she made transportation arrangements from the airport and to the train station when we left
