Located on the second floor with a spacious balcony overlooking the Avenue, this 2 bedroom / 1 bath unit boasts 12 ft ceilings, hardwood floors, is totally furnished with comfortable classic and custom furniture, offers stainless steel appliances in the fully renovated kitchen, central air and heat, and has a large capacity washer/dryer with spacious closets. Close to shopping, historic restaurants, historic neighborhoods, Audubon Park, a hair salon, coffee shops, a drug store, and the streetcar line, the property's location is fantastic. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen, and there is large Queen sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps 6 people. All beds are with high quality linens and comforters. Cable and internet are included and there is a large brick patio courtyard with lush landscaping on the side and in the rear of the property.You will love this cozy and classic apartment in a great location on historic St. Charles Avenue.

The property was built in 1875 after the Civil War and has only change ownership 5 times in that time period. It boasts 12 ft ceilings, hard wood floors, a balcony overlooking the Avenue, beautiful landscaping, and an absolutely brilliant location.

Cannot recommend enough!

Just stayed here last week with my husband and 3 kids and I seriously cannot recommend enough. We easily hopped on the trolley to go everywhere and loved sitting out on our balcony. The decor was beautiful and very comfortable. Schulzie was so helpful and attentive in making sure our stay was perfect! We will definitely come back!

Great location, great support, and the perfect property for us.

This is our third long term stay in this apartment and we are never disappointed. The property is very well located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, and a very nice restaurant. Schulzie Roland lives on the property and takes great care of us, very responsive and on the job. This year, we were there during the "big freeze" but made it through without mishap. We'll be back next year.

Rented out this upstairs apartment for my wedding weekend for my husband and his groomsmen while the girls stayed in the other apartment downstairs. Was GORGEOUS and we all had a blast! Made everything for the whole weekend so easy!

Beautiful old mansion in Uptown NOLA.

Our stay was very enjoyable in this comfortable upstairs apartment. There were 5 adults and 1 infant and we didn’t feel crowded in the space (sometimes a wait for each other to use the 1 bathroom). The house is directly on the streetcar line which goes 24 hours a day so it did take some getting used to that noise the first night. We had a rental car and there was always a parking space on the street after our comings and goings.

We felt very welcomed and accommodated by Schultzie. I would highly recommend this rental as the perfect blend of the charm of an old style New Orleans mansion with 21st c. comfort and conveniences.
