Great spot in Montpellier.
We had a great time here; the apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The view is perfect and the balcony is a great place to watch Montpellier come to life in the morning. It has an oven and microwave but we were eating out in the surrounding restaurants so often that we only used the microwave to warm something up once.
Thoroughly recommend this apartment and we'll be returning in the not too distant.
Thank-you Pamela for all of your help.
A pleasant stay 😊
A great apartment, fulfilled all our needs..
Very comfortable, well appointed flat in a perfect location.
Enjoyed our one-month stay immensely. Montpellier is a gem and this flat in a historic building allows for a full experience.
Owner and manager are experienced and on their game.
Perfect Place to Discovery the city
Friendy and helpfull Pamela, who organised everything concearning the flat.
Clean flat with everything you need. Nice balcony to have a glass of wine and watch people on the square.
Good restaurants nearby.
Perfect possibilities to use the public traffic.
We are delighted that you had a great time, and hope we will get the opportunity to host you yet again, kind regards, Nick
Comfortable, well-equipped flat in the centre of town
The flat faced a square used for demonstrations, etc. It was very
noisy at night, with parties, pop music and some drunken shouting.
At 5.30 a.m. the street cleaning trucks started work, and they
were very noisy too. We actually considered moving to a hotel
in a quieter part of town.
Beautifully located, well appointed apartment
Lovely apartment which easily matched the listing description. We really enjoyed the balcony. We found the apartment very comfortable and it was in very easy walking distance of all that Montpellier has to offer including the train station for trips further afield. We went to Nimes, Sete and Beziers. Excellent food market and Monoprix again within an easy walk and more restaurants and cafes than anyone could try out. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the amount of noise during some nights. We live in a city centre apartment so we are used to a certain amount of noise but this was something else. People gather in the square outside and stay there sometimes until morning and as the bedroom looks out that way there is no getting away from it, ear plugs or not. Unfortunately, this is not anything the apartment owner can do anything about but it a real shame.
Follow the signs in Montpellier to the historic town centre, drive into the centre through to the Arc de Triomphe (Porte du Pérou) and down Rue Foch. The apartment looks over the beautiful Prefecture (Regional Office)building on rue Foch and is accessed from Place du Marche aux Fleurs on the east corner of the Prefecture.
Appartement aux Fleurs is a short walk to all the main sites in the beautiful historic centre of Montpellier. See www.appartementauxfleurs.net for details and a handy map.
