Halii Kai at Waikoloa 2B - Private Luxury Ground Floor Villa with BBQ!!!

Luxurious and spacious, two bedroom, two bathroom, with lanai, overlooking the golf course at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. New wooden flooring installed, the condo boasts a modern designer kitchen, a large private master bedroom and onsuite bath, 2 twin beds in second bedroom with adjacent guest bathroom (twin beds can be converted to a king bed), and a spacious open plan living and dining area, which flows through to the lanai. Living room also includes a Memory Foam Sleeper Sofa. Designer furnished with high end furnishings all included in the price. Lanai has a brand new BBQ grill that replaced the older unit.

The lush tropical resort of Halii Kai is one of the premium resorts in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, located on the ocean’s edge, and adjoining wonderful ocean-side walking trails along the black lava coastline to Anaehoomalu Bay. With a spectacular ocean front Beach Club, containing a cascading lagoon style saltwater pool, sand bottomed hot tub, ocean front fitness room and restaurant, guest can enjoy relaxed entertaining by the pool, sunsets over the ocean as well as front-row seats for the magnificent whale migrations each winter.

Take a quick stroll to the King's or Queen's Shops to find world renowned restaurants shopping and groceries! Beach access is also a very close walk or 2 minute drive as well!

Amenity Resort Fee- Effective for 2023 resort fee is $25 a day includes use of restaurant, ocean fitness center, & pool and jacuzzi. This resort fee would be paid direct to Halii Kai upon check in.

Great Family Holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The property is in a great location to visit many of the beautiful beaches in the area. The property grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. The condo had good space for our family of five, and it is well stocked, beach chairs, coolers and lots of beach toys. A full spice rack, dishwasher and washing machine pods. The bathroom set up is efficient and lots of closet space. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only downfall is the $25 a day fee for the beach club. The beach club is nice but children are not very warmly welcomed. Lots of rules, kids can’t be in the pool without being constantly reprimanded. It would be nice to have to the choice of the beach club. Most days we did not go there due to the strict rules.

This was our 3rd stay in this development

This unit was a disappointment as well as the property management responses to our issues. The twin mattress’s in the second bedroom are shot and need to be replaced. Remedies that management tried of placing boards between box springs, putting the twins together as a king then lastly, replacing with a queen mattress and leaving exposed and dangerous edges did not fix the problem. Bedding including pillows are worn and stained as well as all upholstered furniture. While we will return to Hali Kai next year, we will make sure not to choose this unit or property management provider

Great vacation spot!

The place is very clean and has everything you might need - coffee grinder, mixer, blender, beach accessories, umbrella, chairs, fun toys for kids to name only some. And my spouse loved the outdoor space.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Michelle was great. The vacation rental was clean other than there were these tiny ants that would sting . The furniture is very outdated . The worst thing was the A/C the temperature for some unknown reason would change all the time!! Had to pay a resort fee of $25 a day even for the day you check out by 11:00am. Th ladies at this office were very unfriendly.
