UPDATED Ocean and pool view condo, featuring convenient beach access and near Wild Dunes Golf Course! Breathe in the Ocean Air, Golf, Swim, Bike, and Play at Tidewater I104!

As an end unit, this is one of the few Tidewater condos that has a front and back porch. Enjoy dinner overlooking the ocean/pool or walk across the street to watch golfers try their luck at the thirteenth hole of the Dunes' course. Just steps from a pool shared between two buildings, guests at Tidewater I104 traveling with young children are close enough for the family to move between the pool and the unit for sunscreen and bathroom breaks. Families will be sure to enjoy both the large pool and kiddie pool, cooking meals at the community gas grill, or sitting under the pergola. This condo has direct beach access, about a two-minute walk from the screened porch to the salty sea. Enjoy an ocean and community pool view from the living room, master bedroom, and the screened porch. Outdoor Community pool is open April 1-end of September (not heated or cooled).

Located within the gated community of Wild Dunes, guests at Tidewater I104 can try out numerous on-site restaurants, rent bicycles and explore the miles of paved bike trails thought the community, or ride on the beach. Outside of Wild Dunes, vacationers are not far from Isle of Palms, Mt. Pleasant, and Charleston.

Tidewater I104 underwent new ownership in May of 2018, and has been outfitted with new mattresses and furnishings. NEW for 2024: Updated stainless steel kitchen appliances and new backsplash (photos coming end of April 2024). This two bedroom condo can accommodate up to 6 guests when the queen sofa-bed is used. WIFI & Linens Included. No Smoking. No Pets.

Great spot on IOP

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good experience overall. The location, ease to get to the pool and beach were a huge perk! I felt the condo could have been cleaner, especially the showers. The washing machine wouldn’t lock so therefore wouldn’t drain. We ended up putting our pack of water bottles on top which made the lid lock in order to complete the wash cycle.

We’ve stayed at the Tidewater twice. We came back since it is on the beach and has wonderful views of the sunset. We also enjoy going to the pool. There is a washer and dryer in the condo which is a big plus. We loved the furniture and decor of the property. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely come back to this property.

Great, quiet location on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The proximity to the beach was great. The pool and beach are directly out the door which is perfect for little ones. The check in/out process was easy as well. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had some beach supplies to use! Our only complaints are that the master bed frame was very squeaky and every small movement while sleeping woke us up. Also, while very surface clean, we found lots of trash and dirt behind the couch and under the beds. They just need to clean under the furniture.

Great location

Best location ever! We were on bottom floor and we were just a few steps to the pool! The beach was also near! Great place for no more than 4 peeps! It’s just what we needed!!

Enjoyed our trip, but…

The room with the twin beds was so hot. We weren’t able to get thermostat below 70 to help this matter. Also we could not get the TVs to work - had instructions but would not connect to WiFi to work. Luckily we had beach and pool access but would’ve been nice to wind down at the end of the tv to cool room and TV. Overall still enjoyed the stay, but wouldn’t book here again….
