Ski in/out, 2 bedroom and loft, 2 bathroom end unit. Completely renovated with first class upgrades. Heated slate floors, stainless appliances, granite counters, fireplace. Unit has cathedral ceilings and enjoys great unobstructed views across to sprott mountains. The unit comes fully equipped including 2 lcd wall mounted t.V's, 2 dvd players, stereo system and nintendo wii.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishware, silverware and glassware, everything you will need to prepare family meals.

The home has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, there is a queen bed in the loft (up the ladder in the family room) and the couch in the family room converts to a queen sofa sleeper bed. The home comfortably sleeps a family of 7 people.

Why Christine Donaldson chose Upper Village

We love Whistler. It starts with the mountains, best skiing in North America. Great terrain and the amenities are unbeatable. But Whistler has become so much more. There is actually more to do in the summers. We walk to Chateau Whistler Golf Course, the lake, walking trails, mountain biking, hiking, sightseeing, rafting every outdoor activity anyone can want, right outside the door.

The Village with its boutiques, bars and restaurants Olympic Plaza, outdoor concerts and festivals. Whistler has become a true Year Round Resort.

What makes this condo unique

We fell in love with the condo the moment we walked in the door. It is completely renovated and has quality finishes, but what really did it was the view. The condo is on the top floor and has great unobstructed vies of the mountains. We also like the layout. We have two boys and having the loft is great. It allows the boys to hang out and watch tv or play video games upstairs and the adults can be down stairs.

Cosy apartment a few minutes stroll from Blackcomb base

This is a lovely little apartment in a great location. On the map it seems to be a fair way away from the village, but in reality it's just 3 minutes walk to Blackcomb base and a similar time on the free shuttle bus (stops right outside) to the main village. Generally you can ski back to within a 2 minute walk, but on our last day, snowing heavily, my son did manage to board right to the front door!

The two bedrooms are spacious and have comfy beds. The loft area has a comfy sofa bed and a bed above accessed via a ladder. The kids loved this, although they did moan a once or twice about noise / light from downstairs when they tried to sleep earlier than the adults as this area is completely open to below.

The apartment is well equipped. Lots of cooking pans etc. which we persuaded the kids to use to cook us breakfast one morning :-)

Christine answered messages quickly. A small issue with the cable TV was rectified very quickly.

Overall, great experience. Would certainly consider staying again.

Great unit, lovely views.

Comfy unit in large complex. Owner quick to respond to any queries.Living room smaller than pics indicate. Loft area very hot to sleep in and difficult to get in and out of. No individual laundry facilities- you can access the buildings pay laundry room though.

Unit was clean. It is not truly ski in but in close proximity to a walking path which you can sometimes ski out on depending on foot traffic.

Overall good value, lovely views from balcony and comfortable. Would stay again.

Fantastic apartment with great facilities, close to slopes & Whistler village

Our family had a great early season ski trip at Christine’s apartment. Spacious, comfortable and well provisioned - the perfect 3/4 bedroom flat (my son loved the bed in play loft).

Christine was easy to contact at any point leading up to the trip, providing directions and entry details as needed.

We used the free ski bus outside the block to get to the slopes, but you can walk. It’s ski in if you use a local footpath!

Fab facilities with ski locker (bring a padlock) and hot tub on site, as well as free underground parking. Whistler village within walking distance too.

I would definitely choose this apartment again when returning to Whistler.

Great Location

We had a fabulous week at Whistler. The apartment is an easy walk to the Blackcomb chairs and onto Whistler Village. The beds are comfy and the kitchen equipment adequate. The seperate lounge areas didn’t work for us as we were four adults on holiday to spend time together and as previous guests have commented the downstairs lounge is not as spacious as the online pictures indicate and was cramped with four adults trying to watch the hockey. We enjoyed the complex’s hot tub after a day on the slopes. A welcome book would assist with locating the complex facilities such as garbage, laundry, laundry charges, hot tub. Enjoyed lunch at Earls Kitchen on a rainy day.

Cosy condo in a fantastic location

Christine kindly let us check in early and gave us clear and easy instructions to the building and condo. The condo itself is very cosy and comfortably fit a family of 5 adults, although the lounge/dining area was a little tight. The 5 bus stop is directly outside the building, so easy access to Whistler Village. If you walk across the road, there's an access point to ski down to the Blackcomb Mountain chair lift - it's not really ski in unless there's a lot of snow and/or you don't mind walking for part of the way. Tip: there's communal laundry facilities in the building, so you'll need to BYO washing tablets and coins to operate.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Excessive Noise
No noise between 10PM and 8AM. 2nd complain for excessive noise will be evicted. No refund will be provided. Guest will also be responsible for eviction costs and any damages to unit or common areas of building.

Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 7th day if staying 14 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
