Welcome to your home away from home. Situated on a quiet, tree-lined street, with partially fenced in back yard, makes this an ideal home for families. An additional front porch is a relaxing oasis, and sounds of the ocean may often be heard in the quiet hours of the evening. The home is comfortably maintained with central air conditioning.
Also with tankless water heater, so never run out of hot water.
The first floor is comprised of a fully stocked kitchen with a table for seating up to 16, a beautiful sunroom with double pull-out couch, and a family room with queen pullout sofa. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and walk-in closet, and one with a double bed, twin day bed/trundle are also present. A large mudroom with a shower and a full bathroom with shower and double sinks complete the first floor.
There is a cable tv and DVD player in the 1st floor family room. Movies are available in addition to games, books and some toys. There is a pack 'n play and wooden highchair available for small guests. As is customary in Cape May, linens are to be brought or managed via a linen company, and bike rentals are available if desired. The house has pillows, comforters and mattress pads. Please bring sheets and pillow covers.
The second floor houses a master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, cable tv, gorgeous bath with jacuzzi tub, and additional bedroom with twin trundle.
The third floor is comprised of two bedrooms with ample closets, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. An additional full bathroom is available with a tub.
The outside is partially fenced in with grassy area large enough for lawn games. There is an outdoor shower for use to remove sand prior to entering the home. A charcoal grill is available for use in the backyard. There is ample off street parking, and additional non-metered parking is always available on the street.
This property is in an ideal location, close to the beach, shops, park, and restaurants. The beach is a mere 7 blocks down Madison Ave. There is a park one block from the home, with a pond, playground, pavilion,and basketball court. The Washington Inn and Harry's are within walking distance. Numerous other restaurants and bars are very close, accessible by walking, biking, or driving. Additional Cape May attractions such as wineries, marina, lighthouse, and zoo are within a very short drive from this location.

The property is rented sunday to sunday for weekly rentals and special requests for other days can be requested but is at the discretion of the owners to make concessions to other days. Person signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old.
