There is one hideaway bed and two couches convert to beds for additional guests. The house electronics include two Satellite TVs, wifi and a printer. It is heated and air-conditioned and has two ceiling fans.
There is an outdoor porch with a Weber charcoal barbecue and a seasonal fire pit. The horse facilities include a round pen, outdoor riding arena and indoor/outdoor stalls, indoor wash rack with warm water, pipe corrals with shade structures and access to many National Forest trails directly from the property.
