About Mark Mylar
Our family has loved spending time at Trails End unit since 1972! Our mom, Pattie French, purchased the unit when I was six and my sister was 2. We are lucky to have grown up skiing, hiking and biking in Breckenridge. We are also lucky to have so many great renters through the years. In 2019, my sister and I are managing the unit and hope to welcome you soon. Ski-in/out, quiet, convenient and comfortable. Location Location Location! Walk out the back door and across the bridge and you can pop your skis on and head to the Quicksilver Hi Speed 6 seat chairlift at the base of Peak 9.
What makes this Condo unique
Ski down to the Quicksilver Hi-Speed chair at the base of Peak 9 right next to Maggie Pond. When your day ends, ski directly down the path to Trails End. Comfortable, Oualty, Conventient-1 Block to Main Street Laundry with coin operated washer/dryer by elevator on our floor. Change machine also in the laundry room. Free WIFI throughout Trails End. Parking Permit required for Trails End Parking Lot. Peak Property will provide this in "Check-in Package" when you pick up your keys to the condo. Return policy available by contacting owner when booking. Rates do not include cost of maid service which is $100/clean.

Comfortable unit and awesome location
We love staying at trails end! This unit was very comfortable and you can’t beat the location!
Owner did not submit booking
We arrived to Breckenridge to find that the unit was not available to us due to owner error in booking. To her credit she did find an acceptable alternative at her cost which was appreciated. But this could have been a disaster if an alternative had not been available. If you rent this unit communicate often with owner to insure your reservation is honored.
Great Place For An Amazing Price
The place was great for four people. You can’t beat the location on this ski in and ski out. It’s right next to the quicksilver ski lift, so the walk there is very short. There was also plenty of kitchen amenities so that we could cook most of our meals conveniently. I would definitely return here. Customer service representative Mike was also very helpful and helped us feel at home!
